**Review for Mux Estate Agents**
I am extremely dissatisfied with Mux Estate Agents following my move into a new property on September 27. From the outset, I encountered numerous undisclosed issues that have severely disrupted my family's daily life.
The cooking facilities have not worked since day one, making it impossible for me to prepare meals for my two children, one of whom has autism. This has forced us to rely on takeaways, which is neither healthy nor sustainable. The emotional toll this has taken on my family is significant, as we are deprived of the comfort of home-cooked meals.
In addition, I’ve faced ongoing problems with damaged blinds and fixtures that were not mentioned prior to my tenancy. Despite my repeated reports to Lauren and Amber at Mux, my concerns have been met with indifference and misinformation. I have been told that contractors would be sent to address these issues, yet no one has shown up.
To make matters worse, I have encountered severe internet connectivity problems. I’ve taken multiple days off work to deal with these issues, only to discover that every neighbor is facing the same lack of internet access—a critical deficiency that was never disclosed to me. I have incurred substantial financial losses while paying full rent for a property that lacks basic functioning facilities.
Malik informed me that if contractors were needed, I would have to shoulder those costs, which is unacceptable. The heating and other functional issues are affecting every household on this estate, yet I am left without support or compensation from Mux Estate Agents.
This ongoing situation has left me feeling victimized and unsupported. As a tenant, I have rights under UK law, including the right to live in a property that is in a reasonable state of repair. Mux Estate Agents has failed to uphold these standards, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
I urge potential tenants to think twice before dealing with Mocks Estate Agents. Until these issues are resolved, I will continue to document my experiences and share updates publicly.

Absolutely brilliant. The staff are all really friendly and go out of their way to help. They look after the properties but I never felt that they were intruding or over the top. Just generally an absolutely lovely experience with this agency which is a bit of a first as far as estate agents go. They use a system called fixflo which is brilliant and stops problems slipping through the net. Really great! My primary contact was Vanessa Brown and she was brilliant. Very responsive, lovely, professional and efficient. Great experience (I was the tenant in a property let by Mullucks).

I can not recommend this agency and Ben Danies our agent highly enough.
The care, service, help and support we received through out the entire buying and selling process from Ben was exceptional.
Our move was complicated due to many factors (such as moving 200 miles away) so we relied on Ben very heavily through out the process. Ben combined his expert knowledge with his calm and supportive manor to deal with all issues quickly and efficiently and always updated us and kept us informed of developments with our sale and also the chain.
He was honest (unheard of I know, but true) and I genuinely believe with out him our move would not have happened in the times lines required if at all.
I really can not recommend Ben highly enough. He is the perfect Estate Agent and he could not have done more for us. Move with out his help at your peril, he's leading the way on how Estate Agents should be.

We first met Martin when viewing a property, which we later purchased. Having had much to do with estate agents in the past, he seemed professional and genuine and a cut above the norm. Throughout the process he was engaged and aware of all parties and helped make the transaction smooth. As the buyers, we knew he was looking after the interests of the sellers, but his approach meant this was never adversarial or difficult. We used an online agent to sell our home, but given our experience with Martin, we would have to consider Mullucks in the future

We first met Martin of Epping Mullucks a few years ago, he was very professional and gave an honest valuation of our house (other local agents had not which meant we lost a sale). An extremely professional service received from Mullucks throughout our sale. Ben Daines was excellent for us and ensured we sold our house for not only for the right price but to the right buyers which does make a huge difference during a time where you don’t want time wasters coming in your house without any intention of buying.
Unlike some other Agents I found the communication was excellent throughout the process and they became involved when needed to ensure the process was a smooth as possible by chasing conveyancers and the other parties.

I have been extremely pleased with the quality of help given by Mullucks in selling my flat. Any questions, and I was phoned by Martin Young to discuss, or we would text - which I found very helpful because it was a much quicker response/outcome than usually achieved via emailing. He made the process very straightforward.
I can't comment on the value of the service, because it is only the first time I have sold a property, but it seemed fine.

Ben Daines who worked on the sale of our house and purchase of new our one was amazing! He is the best agent we have ever used! my husband and I went to see a one bedroom flat, after an hour of waiting we managed to have it. then the agency decides us the documents we have to bring and we leave a deposit, if the procedure was not successful we would have given the deposit back. unfortunately we lost the deposit they did not give us the deposit back. now let's go legal. I strongly advise against going to this agency as divers.

Unfortunately, some agents believe that it is suffice to list your property on Rightmove and arrange viewings to warrant their fee. I can say that this isn't the case for Mullucks Wells. They managed, with meticulous detail, the entire sales process with an incredibly assiduous approach. Particular praise has to go to Tina, the sales negotiator, Dempsey and Anita. If you want to give your sale the highest likelihood of going through then I couldn't recommend Mullucks Wells enough.
