After my father passed away his house needed to be sold due to owing equity release, the team were very helpful from the beginning very open and informative about everything. Ian White was helpful with all the paperwork, dealing with the solicitors, explaining everything and keeping me informed at all times ( given that paperwork is not my strongest point and never had to deal with solicitors before was a life saver). The team made the whole process a lot easier and managed to sell the house in two weeks and above asking price. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and would definitely use them again....
