We previously had bad experience with other estate agents in Cheltenham so I wanted to try Naylor Powell after doing some research this time. I can honestly say they have been amazing, they have gone above and beyond to help us and guide us along the way of selling our property. Susan was so quick to get the questions I need answered and became a massive support in all of the process, I can’t thank her enough. They are all so hard working, professional and so easy to talk too which just put everything at ease for us. I knew they would be constantly chasing things up for us without even asking them, which helped massively. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. They also have a online access login to see all your viewings booked in and feedback as well as informing us as well. I would highly recommend anyone to go with this estate agents and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area.

Kept me well informed throughout the whole process, along with chasing things up and keeping me posted when things had slowed down a bit. Also provided an excellent, concise and detailed listing across all the major property websites, and they always gave me feedback following viewings. Really great team and highly recommend for listing or buying your property though!

Naylor Powell were fantastic throughout our purchase. We hadn't used them for our sale but now regret this given the service we received from them. They gave us regular phone calls to keep us up to date with progress and pushed outstanding issues with our seller's solicitors which was unfortunately required regularly. Robert and the team were always incredibly friendly, quick to answer phone calls and when they weren't available they always called back within an hour or so. We have already recommended other friends who are looking to sell to use them and we will certainly be using them in the future.
