Nothing like that fresh key feeling! Fantastic buying experience with Perry Bishop, Sam helped us through the whole process super smoothly and was just a lovely person to speak with generally. It felt like the whole team really understood our circumstances and knew the timescales of every step. Even though you know as a buyer they represent the seller, it never felt that way, as we were perfectly mediated through the whole process.
They recommended external services for the mortgage, surveys and moving companies, of which we went with their recommended surveyor who was excellent. We sorted our own mortgage and moving companies, but amazing to know they had these services on hand if we needed them. All in all, an amazing and smooth buying experience, and I'm now a very happy and proud owner of a beautiful home ????

I really loved working with Perry Bishop during the sale of my property. Gavin was great at getting the hall rolling and had an excellent knowledge of the current situation in the market. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and really liked the email systems which notified me of viewings. Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light.
I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life).

We had a very long and drawn-out process due to slow solicitors and others in the chain. The only saving grace was Perry Bishop. They negotiated well for us which meant we could put in an offer on an amazing house! They've been easy to get in contact with and were happy to help with any queries and questions. The sales progression team, in particular Jade, were fantastic and sympathetic to a frustrating lead up to exchange. She worked tirelessly to chase things up and down the chain, and always got information back to us as soon as she was able, for which we are very grateful and we cannot recommend or thank her enough. We bought a house from Perry Bishop in 2019. Offer was accepted in End of May and we got the key in early August, which is supper quick compared with the national average.
I am very pleased with their service as a buyer.
We were going to do an loft extension to the house at that time and we tried to combine the design process with the conveyancing process. So we requested to take architect, builders, surveyors and planning officers to visit the house quite a few times and they tried their best to accommodate our requests and really helped us to run the whole project as smoothly as possible. We managed to get planning permission just before completion and on the the day we completed the house we handed over the key to our builder to start with the construction.
3 months later, we completed the construction in early December. Very quick turnaround.
We recommend their service and would definitely buy from them again (Of course, when we have the money. )

From the first viewing I had on the house we eventually purchased up until completion, Perry Bishop have been absolutely fantastic! Estate agents in general do have a 'reputation' and I am extremely pleased to say Perry Bishop do not live up to that reputation, they have been a pleasure to deal with!
One of the most frustrating things when looking for a house is when EA over priced properties. The property in question was certainly not over priced and was priced to sell, what all customers want!
The viewings were managed efficiently (what you want!), the offer process was managed extremely well and the after-sales service was second to none! Perry Bishops have a dedicated after-sales service team who provide relevant updates on a weekly process, not something you would expect from a traditional EA but much appreciated!
I have to say a special thank you to Jackie who handled the offer process in a professional and timely manner, thank you! Also a big thank you to Lynn (after-sales) who provided helpful updates throughout the whole processing process.
I haven't come across many estate agents that I am particularly fond of but I would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to anyone who wants a quality estate agent to manage their property!
