I messaged this company about viewing a property they listed on spare room. They asked that I send a WhatsApp message instead. I did so and they provided the specs of the property. I then asked follow up questions and they read and ingnored my message. It was a simple question about the popularity of the listing and any specific criteria they were looking for in a Tennant. I don't believe that a professional company would disregard the concerns of a potential tenants, especially when on their website they claim to tailor to the specific needs of every client. If they couldn't be bothered to respond to a simple following up question about a property I wouldn't trust or rely on them to properly Handle the letting or buying process on my behalf, let alone if a problem emerges. I would not recommend this company at all and their behaviour is unprofessional.... Read more
