Don’t bother. Property has been on the market for 6 weeks with a grand total of 1/2 viewings. This is a house that would otherwise be popular due to various features and the area. Also have had to chase for updates, which at best, is like pulling teeth. Don’t expect any communication from them and prepare to constantly call, text and email if you want to be kept in the loop. Also no concept of customer care. 0 stars for this shambles of an ‘estate agent.’ P.s. no attempt is made either to try and solve the situation. Secretary is lacking severely in professionalism.

I wonder why houses no one buys from Nigel, maybe it’s because he’s taken the pictures of the property on his landline! Such low quality poor pictures, doesn’t even get the full room in. He will just post a picture of a bed and expect the buyer to guess the size of the room and condition. when I mention this to him he said that the vendor is happy with the pictures. I’m sorry to break this to you but it’s not the vendor that you need to make happy, it’s the buyer. Guys please just use a proper estate agent and pay that £10 more

Avoid like the plague, not sure what the agenda is to try and sell properties way below their true market value. This company gives estate agents a bad name. Had plenty of viewings had a feeling offers were being withheld and was encouraged to accept lower offer from their investor mates. Poor service would not recommend.

Obviously not a great time to sell a property at the height of the lockdown. So difficult to evaluate the estate agent.
However I was some 250 miles away from the property and he could have made arrangements for the yard to be cleared of rubbish which would have helped in the properties presentation.
Between him and the letting agent, Whittaker’s. Both could have done more

Really pleased with the way my parents house sale was handled by Nigel. He knows the area, is professional but straightforward to deal with. We had another agent in place first but switched to Nigel and were glad we did. Highly recommended.
