Shocking service, they never reply to any correspondence. Shambolic company no wounder landlords are leaving him and tenants have nothing good to say about this company!!!

I consider it prudent to write a honest & accurate review on account of the several years of business dealings I’ve had with Empire Estates.
We as a family own a relatively large portfolio of properties in Lancashire which are exclusively managed by Empire Estates.
My experience with EE has been extremely pleasant over the course of the years. They have dealt with my concerns diligently, professionally and expeditiously. The rent has always been credited in the account in a timely fashion. Any non emergency works have been carried out perfectly and the team at EE collectively deserve praise & recognition for the exemplary work they’ve carried out under the leadership of Kabeer.
To conclude, I would gladly recommend both landlords & tenants to consider the services of EE despite the negative reviews some individuals have seen fit to write however my reviews have neither been manipulated or fabricated, this is clearly an honest account of my individual experience with EE.
