Most of services accessible on the website, very easy to use and no need for phone calls. Waste and recycling services great, ordered new bin and it was delivered the following day. So far didn't come across with rudeness or discrimination. I just can't believe some 1* reviews, please people be kind. Also would like to mention gardening services, fabulous flowers around Brigg. Thank you.... Read more

This is a complaint regarding the just go service and it's lack of buses. It is appalling that you have replaced Call connect with a service that does nothing for the people of north Lincolnshire.... Read more

Not customer friendly & seem to put most of their recourses past Brumby Corner. The council Leader sent back money to central government to help the unemployed out with council tax payments saying they didn't need it as ALL unemployed had Tvs and mobiles .... Read more

A small reminder to the public: As its warm weather and some residents feel the need to blast music out from their backyards at the decibel-level of a jumbo jet taking off...the turn off point is 11pm...and if at anytime your neighbour can hear it beyond their acceptable level and if people in the next street can hear it, it is way beyond acceptable. So how about those of you this summer who are using your volume to compete against a jumbo jet, try using 2 very fashionable hearing aids or/and some very fashionable headphones instead...so your hearing neighbour won't end up getting noise-related deafness and you in turn won't risk having your equipment confiscated. Showing respect to residents covers those who are deliberatley highly-disrespectful whilst walking through any kind of residential areas, particularly when particular residents are being targeted, especially in the dead of night. Yes, I've edited it again. Oh, and by the way, I refuse to be viewed and treated like an alien/freak/criminal/scapegoat in my own country by ANYBODY, ANYWHERE. So anybody anywhere whose involved involved - past, present, future - you will leave me alone, close and at distance, directly & indirectly...you stirring, fake-concern, snobby, paranoid scum. Particularly when its using mine/someone's illness/disability to commit an opportunist crime against me/them. That's the thing with this town, all too ready to target/accuse the oddballs & the innocent yet people never seem to accuse the clones & the guilty who are actually doing it. You will cease and desist your narcissistic behaviour.... Read more

Warning, As an environmentalist I think its appalling North Lincolnshire Council is not being more open about the apocalyptic affects climate change and sea levels is going to have on North Lincolnshire in the not too distant future. It is accepted that North Lincolnshire will lose vast swaths of land to the elevating sea levels, increased inland flooding etc. Much of the land is low laying and already designated high risk flood zones so hardly surprising many parts of North Lincolnshire is doomed. Perhaps its time to wake up and smell the coffee. It is here where massive land loss is coming in the not to distant future to flooding. Shame on North Lincolnshire for not being open about the doom future of North Lincolnshire.... Read more

Change of occupier, wrote to Council with correct details, letter ignored , reminders and threats and demands followed on wrong amount, wrote again , ignored , phoned 30 mins waiting in queue then cut off without talking to anyone, called again 20 mins and still waiting --arrogant and appaliing to presume taxpayers and customers have all day to wait to put right their mistake. Shocking.... Read more

This council needs to do far more to welcome people from ethnic backgrounds to the area. Listening to locals proudly saying there are not many people from certain ethnic backgrounds in the district, showed a very unhealthy attitude in this day and age. Schools in the district need to be more diverse also. Whether the north lincolnshire education curriculum incorporates diversity and different cultures to the same level as elsewhere in the country I am unsure. Come on North Lincolnshire council, lets be a bit more welcoming to diversity, disability and ethnic backgrounds for I have seen an equally uncaring attitude to disability in the north Lincolnshire district.... Line 4 has some serious issues: when someone rings you from a mobile, instead of blocking access, pick the receiver up. Not everybody has someone there to access the internet for them, not everybody has an internet connection, and even then some people can't even get out their own house. Accept the fact and stop penalising people because of it. Get your landline sorted. And as of 2nd April 2019, the St.John Market icon needs re-establishing on Google Maps.... Read more
