Discussed and amended our listing for an unauthorised 3rd party to make changes to my account without even telling me. Took a box of chocolates in payment lied about why they made the amendment. Would not recommend. Cancelled and waiting for our new agent to put us online with full proper pictures which we didn't have for the just over 2 weeks we were with them. Avoid for all services they were very rude to us when they should have apologised. They have too much work to care.... Read more

Very professional and helpful service from the initial valuation through to final sale. The house details and floorplans were excellent and all staff we dealt with were friendly, cooperative and well informed. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to pull out of the sale at a very late stage and this agent managed the whole process for us, taking the stress out of this difficult situation. Would definitely use this agent again and highly recommend them.... Read more

Just terrible. Apparently due to the pandemic things has halted completely. Not an excuse as most other agents in Scunny were all over me when I was looking to buy, not these guys. Never return emails, take a week to come back on the phone or not at all. No updates on what is happening. Don't waste your time, it's like they can't be bothered.... Read more
