Worst tesco I've ever been. If it was not the only shop in the area I would never come here again. Staff are all rude and dead behind their eyes, they don't wear masks and walk right into you. During lunch time 1-2pm there's just one person on the till and today both self checkouts are out of order. So expect to queue up for over 15mins. Dreadful experience, avoid if you can.... Read more

Most staff are friendly apart from Andrius (one of the Eastern European males working in the store). He was extremely rude to me and frankly I felt discriminated a bit as well. He needs to be formally trained on how to treat customers.... Read more

A small local Tesco Express with a decent enough selection of groceries. Nice world food section. Good for specific items or cupboard essentials. Good selection of chilled and freezer meals. It was a shocking experience: 3 members of stuff forgot to make me feel welcome in that shop as 2 of them were busy listening to the third , girl who had the most annoying very loud voice and could not say a sentence without an f word. on top of this I had to find my way through them as they would not move. There is no vegetarian selection! Only thing the fridges and freezers are full of is meat. Really disappointing that at this age, where shops have such selection of things, this tescos has only meat. Understand its tescos express, but definitely should have something else for non meat eaters. Dissapointed.... Read more

Not really happy with customer service! I bought a few basic need products and I went to pay and also get some scratch cards as I was feeling lucky! But they refused to sell me scratch cards because it was 22:55! But they supposedly sell until 2300? No? They told me next time come at 2250!!!! They just refused to sell scratch cards and then they rushed me to the self checkout so they can be out of the shop by 2300! They should put a sign that says no more lucky game cards etc after 2250 then so people know? Not happy about it!... Read more

My local tesco express. Long queues not well stocked. Items run out quick when you ask them is there any more they say no there is not. Staff always helpful. Would not recommend this tesco to others. I would recommend the Commercial Rd E1 one to others.... Read more

A typical Tesco Express, not especially well-stocked, but decent enough for essentials like bakery goods, fruit and veg, snacks and drinks, and other common grocery items. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is conveniently open 7 days a week from 6am-11pm. There's a Click+Collect service and a neighbouring ATM that doesn't charge for withdrawals.... Read more

Not a good one at all. People who have given good ratings are probably working there as I have never seen good staff working there. Shelves are mostly empty, staff too lazy to attend to customers. They would straight away say no to things, without even checking their stock once. They are hardly on shop floor, either they will hide in their staff rooms or somewhere you cannot see them. I have no choice but to go there as it is the closest supermarket, but I dont like their service at all.... Read more
