I live in a building across this John&Co office which they oversee and every time I have call an admin picks up saying all agents are either unable or out on property viewings. They say they will return call the same day and they don’t follow through. They cannot even provide emails or phones to contact the agents. Its very frustrating because the admin makes it impossible to contact them and meanwhile I still left with a leasing problem I need to resolve quite urgent. The admin Harriet says that is the only office that can help with my issue and doesn’t provide any solution of who can I call, or email. Very incompetent and professionally lacking.... Read more

Booked a view with Josh Ward for a 1 bedroom property. We saw the property was gone from the listings from the day after we booked the view already, but we haven’t been informed till the morning of the viewing ( 4 days after). Very unprofessional to cancel an appointment same day when he could have informed us way beforehand. Please give some training to your agents.... Read more

Finding a property was smooth and professional six years ago, that's what I give 5 stars for. BUT: the service I am getting as a tenant over the last six years is awful. Our property manager is changing constantly, they don't react with maintenance issues in good time as no-one feels responsible for us as tenants. That does not match the price we are paying for luxury apartments and the service which is expected with it.... Read more
