Have just sold our home using N&P and could not of asked to work with a better estate agent. From the initial valuation right the way through to completion the team were excellent - valuation was higher than I expected but Lee supported this with strong evidence on why we should push for a higher price - he was spot on and saved us £15k had we used another Newport based agent! Regular updates were provided and would not hesitate to use Nuttall & Parker should we decide to ever move Again ! Thanks all

We chose Nuttall & Parker, to sell my late mother’s apartment, following tenders from several local Estate Agents. All agreed on the valuation of the apartment and Nuttall & parker were not the cheapest bid, in terms of fees.
We selected them because we considered that their knowledge and experience of the sector of the Newport property market which my mother’s apartment was in, would give us the best value overall.
This proved to be the case. Nuttall & Parker quickly obtained an offer for the full asking price. The sale of the property was unfortunately complicated by failures on behalf of the property management company. Throughout the protracted sale process Nuttall & Parker worked diligently to keep the prospective buyer fully informed and helped ensure that they maintained their interest.
The sale was eventually concluded, to everyone’s satisfaction.
When a sale is straightforward, most estate agents will achieve a satisfactory outcome. Unfortunately, our sale was not straightforward and Nuttall & Parker’s professionalism and experience came to the fore.

Nuttall Parker Estate Agents are second to none! I received a very professional service from everyone at the office in Newport, from the viewings to exchange.

All the staff were very helpful, up to date with my sale all along the line, helping the process.
