I have been with Luscombe & Co ever since.

Right from the start the company have provided a great service. All 3 of the staff we have so far dealt with have been courteous and very professional. They have been most helpful answering any queries we have had. Nothing has been too much trouble. It's a couple of years since I wrote my last review. There
is no change; all remains good. Luscombe provide an excellent service, good communication with both tenants and landlords. They also managed people's safety through covid. Would definitely recommend.

We have been renting our flat through Luscombe for 6 years. We have always found them to be professional and the service excellent. As soon as one tenant has moved out we have only had days to wait for the next tenant to move in. Their response times to emails etc is always quick. We are now selling a property and Luscombe sales team are handling this for us. Lauren has made the process easy and is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Do as little as possible to help. Do the bare minimum repairs after years of being informed. Even then it takes a letter from environmental health. They don't return phone calls. Home inspections (to report issues ) go ignored - I'm sure they are just checking you are not subletting or running a business.

Quick to up my rent and an error in their system lead to me having an outstanding balance despite paying my rent on time. Still yet to receive an apology.
Also tried to squeeze as much money from us - charging £233 for sink plugs.

Sorry to write this..but after 7 months of rain coming into living room due to guttering not being fit for use, water running down internal wall onto light switch and rising damp reaching the ceiling with black mould on ceiling .Should not be stressed out every time it rains...wall is black with mould and despite repeated complaints via various apps and email nothing is happening. Once guttering is fixed then it will go up to 5 stars .Might put fire service on speed dial because water and electricity don't really mix
