A special shout-out to Penny who had helped me to sort out some serious issues with the problem caused by a more expensive letting agent a number of years ago. I have been with Luscombe & Co ever since.
Recently, Lauren was helping me with the renewal of a tenancy agreement. Her help and professional advice were much appreciated.

Whenever we have any queries or issues with maintenance, they are actioned promptly and professionally. As I recall they made the initial process of moving in very smooth and stress-free. Right from the start the company have provided a great service. All 3 of the staff we have so far dealt with have been courteous and very professional. They have been most helpful answering any queries we have had. Nothing has been too much trouble. We look forward to continuing to have a positive, working relationship with the company once we have moved into the property.

It's a couple of years since I wrote my last review. There
is no change; all remains good. Luscombe provide an excellent service, good communication with both tenants and landlords. They also managed people's safety through covid. Would definitely recommend.

Luscombe quickly found new tenants that were thoroughly researched and any issues were resolved quickly. Their knowledge, professionalism and efficiencies being some of their many attributes. After managing my own two rental properties for many years, I recently switched to using Luscombe to manage them. They have been brilliant and their fees are excellent value for money.
Update: I have now used Luscombe for over three years, and their service is still amazing and excellent value for money.

We have been renting our flat through Luscombe for 6 years. We have always found them to be professional and the service excellent. As soon as one tenant has moved out we have only had days to wait for the next tenant to move in. Their response times to emails etc is always quick. We are now selling a property and Luscombe sales team are handling this for us. Lauren has made the process easy and is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with.
