At the moment this company is being very obstructive while I'm trying to get my deposit returned over a year late. Been trying since December and have been passed around departments. Every time I call whoever's dealing with it isn't in. Requests for call backs and emails have all been ignored, even messages sent through their own website. 1 star is infinitely too good for them.

The way they work are unprofessional. We came and saw the house on last Thursday. After that, we transferred money to keep the house and one lady called us that we needed to send them the application form and said that we can scan and send her on the next day. We did it on Friday morning and they called us and told us that they let another people rented it even we paid the money first and sent them all documents. Really disappointed. The first time I heard about this agency company and I recommend not to use their services

As first time buyers, wish we had of been told about issues with a flying freehold at time of viewing and would definitely of pulled out if it weren't for Jo in Risca who kept us positive and fully explained throughout. Simply horrible. Refused to resolve the multiple issues that arose on the flat (including refusing to fix radiators in the WINTER). At the end of the tenancy produced mysterious fees that were "unpaid payments" from several months ago but were unable to identify who had missed payments or when. Then charged many fees for all of the broken parts of the flat which they had allowed to dilapidate as the tennents suffered without functioning radiators, plug sockets, and the like. Never again.
