Absolutely apauling service I have received from Peter Alan. I had no heating in my bedroom of the apartment since 22nd Jan. Due to the bad weather I moves out of the apartment due to it being uninhabitable on 16th Feb. 3 weeks after reporting the heating issue. I was told that I couldn't be released from my contract early even though I had these issues. Then 2 weeks before I was due to hand my keys in I was offered to move out early which I can only assume is to move someone else in as I wouldnt allow viewings to happen due to not sorting the heating while I'm still paying rent. I handed the keys to my apartment back in on 28th March. It's now 14 days since I've handed them in and even though I have sent multiple emails I am still unaware when my bond will be paid back to me. I have had to chase up issues with your company on several occasions but I have still not received any resolutions to any of the issues that I have detailed. I will never use Peter alan again due to what you have put me through. Expecting someone to pay rent on a property that had no heating in the bedroom when we have had bad snow storms is unacceptable. Now you have someone else living in the property and haven't paid my bond back. Incredibly disappoint in a company who I expected more from. Stay away if your renting!
Polite staff, easy to get hold of and great communication throughout our recent sale. Offer received within 7 days – which illustrates the quality of their adverts, plans and agents. Highly recommended!
Would not purchase a property through Crook and Blight! After the problems of being told I had to complete 2-3 months earlier than I had agreed to do when making my bid for the property. I then found out I was liable for 'estate rentcharges' these were not pointed out to me at any time by Crook and Blight, and I certainly would not have made a bid in knowledge of this. When I asked why they had not informed me i was met with rudeness and the general impression it was my problem and not their's.
They also claimed they had not heard of the charges before (they also sold 3 properties on the same estate) so they are either delibrately deceptive or totally incompetant. Avoid like the plague.
Sarah at Heart was absolutely amazing when it came to selling my late fathers home, she made everything so easy for me at this difficult time and nothing was too much trouble. I would 100% recommend Haart and Sarah if you are looking to sell your property.
I have been waiting months for issues with the property to get sorted. Every time I call I get promised a call back but never hear anything. Also no contact section on website to make a complaint.
A very pleasant chap named Brodie assisted me and was very polite, easy to talk to and honest with his approach. Would definitely recommend him!
Absolutely shocking experience! Will never recommend to anyone, communication have been dreadful and most of the staff haven't got a clue what they are doing can't get over how they still in business hopefully not for long customers should be treated with respect!
Pinkmove have been brilliant throughout both the buying and selling process - excellent communication , always keeping us up to date with any relevant information and very organised. Would recommend anyone thinking about selling their house to go with pinkmove.
I had a bad experience with this company. They lured me in with their cheap prices then once i agreed to sell my house with them they started to add on a whole bunch of extra fees and throughout the entire process i felt like a number not a person and when i went with another estate agency the pink move staff did not seem to care that much.
