Although the registration and paperwork fees are expensive, they are very much on the ball. we dealt with vinay and communication has always been good,he chased up on contractors when jobs needed to be done,always contacted us to ask if jobs were complete.Holiday emails always sent out so we knew when he was out of office. If you want a property long term,then the initial fee is a small price to pay,these guys are good.

I have been dealing with this company now for over 4 years and in that time, I have been very impressed by the way they have dealt with all my enquiries. They have managed the two properties I have with them in a very professional way, I would not hesitate to recommend them from a Landlord perspective.

I'm a landlord who has recently changed agent, moving to Oadby Estates. I cannot believe the difference. They're proactive, they communicate effectively, they do what they say in a timely fashion, they're highly organised and they stay on top of things. Everything you want from an agent but never get. Extremely happy I made the switch.

Very let down as I had to keep contacting THEM - even after I had left numerous messages.
would not recommend !! as i am looking for increasing the size of my office i have at present and they have missed out BIG TIME HUGE on a possibility of a rented office or 3 !! .
customer services and call backs are priority - word of mouth and reviews e.g face book - twitter and general reviews goes ALONG way.
