I enrolled in a formation with Aspire Property Group based on their enticing promise of a "no questions asked, full money-back guarantee." However, when I reached out to request a refund after my dissatisfaction, they outright refused without any valid justification.
What is even more concerning is the unprofessional response I received from their customer service team. Instead of trying to understand my situation, they responded with a sales-focused, commercial voice and just by the terms and conditions which is FAR from what Sam Spencer says on introduction call. It's disheartening to see them disregard their customers' concerns.
Furthermore, I've noticed that Aspire Property Group tends to respond to negative reviews publicly with the same sales-oriented approach, which is far from what one would expect. They should take the opportunity to address customers' concerns and provide a valid explanation for their refund policy instead of attempting to sell their services again.
As a customer, I trusted Aspire Property Group to uphold their guarantee and handle refund requests in a fair and transparent manner. Unfortunately, their refusal and unprofessional response have left me deeply disappointed and questioning their integrity.
I advise potential customers to carefully consider their refund policy and the way they handle customer complaints before engaging with Aspire Property Group. Genuine accountability and customer-centricity should be the foundation of any reputable business, which unfortunately seems to be lacking in this case.

I rented one of the apartment on Herschell street and I had a really good experience with Mr Nav. And I will rent or buy a property later in the future again from Aspire group. . The people who are saying had a bad experience with him, remember he's a human as well. If you give someone hard time, how can you expect them to be nice with you or do anything for you. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great estate agents, i was shown around a really nice flat and decided to go for it. Everything was quick and easy and I told Nav I wanted to move in asap so he got it sorted as soon as possible for me. Whenever I had issues during my time at the property it was resolved fast. Would definitely recommend.

Avoiiiid! They are really rude and unprofessional. I waited for so long to get my contract done. Then, he laid the blame on me. I think the owner of the agency does everything by himself. No staff available. A lot of delay from the part of the agency. I think the good reviews are not genuine coz most people complained about this agency.

Rang a couple of times in the last week. No answer, no call back. Got through to someone called Nav today, answered rudely. Only cash buyers... send an email and I'll see. Don't bother with these cowboys, something dodgy here. See how I get a sarcastic reply now, like other negative reviews have.

I've been with aspire for almost 2 years in a property in highcross. The application went very smoothly, and aspire was very accommodating. Staff is friendly and professional. No issues to complain about, the flat was clean and spacious and the rent was reasonable. When I was moving out the checkout was quick and easy as well. Aspire even helped me to get my deposit back quickly for my move into a new property.

I’d like to firstly thank Mr Gill for letting us into the property. We were fresh out of university and needed somewhere to stay and Mr gill happily took us in to his property. When moved in, he paid for the keys to be cut and was always there when we needed him. Responses are very swift and Mr Gill is a very reasonable, kind and welcoming man. Fantastic estate agents I have been dealing with gill for the past 3 years and have always received the most professional experience at all times . If for any reason Gill is unreachable by calling him he will always return my calls promptly , when ever I’ve needed something sorting in the house it is sorted within the day I can only but highly recommend this outstanding estate agents to any one , o have moved once to another property and my deposit was returned in perfect timing and Gill secured me another beautiful property . I'm guessing it's the owner of the company whom answes phone calls and if it's not then who ever it is isn't very professional or too good at there job!. There phone manners are rude and very unprofessional. They did not come accrosss as polite or well spoken or have any clue, and didn't really have a clue to what properties that are available. Fails to call back customers who enquiries about the properties that are shown .
Also The whole point in having a phone is so that people can contact the company but customers can't always get through because the male (owner??) who rarely answers the phone hardly picks up. What kind of business are you running!?.
The person taking the calls when he can be bothered doesn't seem to be a nice person over the phone let alone in person. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want an impolite and unprofessional wanna be deal with your properties as aspire group is NOT a trust worthy company or in any way professional!.
It's probably a racial/religious thing and only have pacific tenants rent there properties. What a sad company/person you are!!!
