We instructed Oliver Hart Estate Agents to sell our rental property- all the way in Kent. We got a buyer with a great offer in the first weekend of showings. The sale process did not go without it's hick-ups and solicitors on both sides made it extra tricky, but Arlo was like our night in shining armour! He was a great communicator for both us and the buyer and if not for him, we would most probably still be waiting to exchange. No one wants a selling or purchasing of property to drag on for months- we've all heard the horror stories. But Oliver Hart goes above and beyond with great service all around. From start to finish Arlo made the selling process as smooth as possible. Informative on how the property should be marketed and found suitable buyers to view. Although this is a new company in the Estate agent market the wealth of knowledge and expertise was apparent having used a local well known company previously to my sale who did not have the same care when it came to selling I would urge people to try Oliver Hart first rather then the big names if they want a premier service....
