Absolutely brilliant service, took all of the hassle of letting off of me and dealt with minor queries logically without messaging me every 5 minutes with unnecessary questions. From start to finish Arlo provided a professional, personal service. From initial consultation to instruction, finding a buyer quickly and dealing with the usual and more unusual chain issues the process was faultless.
Being able to make contact by phone, what's app, message or email with one person throughout was a pleasant experience and in my opinion far better than dealing with a corporate agent.

From start to finish Arlo was brilliant, he accompanied viewers, found a buyer quickly and negotiated through the various issues that occur. It was lovely to have a personal service with one contact throughout...contactable by what's app, message or phone. I cannot praise him highly enough and would recommend Oliver Hart Above the many larger organisations.

We instructed Oliver Hart Estate Agents to sell our rental property- all the way in Kent. We got a buyer with a great offer in the first weekend of showings. The sale process did not go without it's hick-ups and solicitors on both sides made it extra tricky, but Arlo was like our night in shining armour! He was a great communicator for both us and the buyer and if not for him, we would most probably still be waiting to exchange.
No one wants a selling or purchasing of property to drag on for months- we've all heard the horror stories. But Oliver Hart goes above and beyond with great service all around.
I would definitely recommend them and certainly be using their services again in the future.

A huge thank you to Arlo at Oliver Hart Estate agents for providing an excellent service to us while selling our home. Arlo supported us at every step and when there were issues in the chain he stayed on top of it to keep us reassured and up to date on what was going on and now we are moving into our new home in less than a week. From start to finish Arlo made the selling process as smooth as possible.
Informative on how the property should be marketed and found suitable buyers to view. Although this is a new company in the Estate agent market the wealth of knowledge and expertise was apparent having used a local well known company previously to my sale who did not have the same care when it came to selling I would urge people to try Oliver Hart first rather then the big names if they want a premier service.

We bought through Oliver Hart and found it to be a really great experience. Arlo was fantastic, communicative and ensured that we were kept up to date on any progress made with the sale which meant that we were engaged throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with our home, and would definitely contact Oliver Hart in the future should we consider selling!
