Old lady on phone wasn’t very helpful and unprofessional customer service skills she needs to be trained how to be polite and understand and help a customer instead of saying right and giving awkward answers and saying let’s not get ahead of each other which I asked was a simple question I was promised a call back and was wondering what was going on I didn’t know it was that hard

Cannot recommend open house enough , rented a property around 6 months ago with them , from viewing the property to signing the tenancy everything has been dealt with professionally and promptly , if I have ever had any maintenance issues then I’m able to call or open a maintenance ticket and the issue is always dealt with so quickly 10/10 service especially from Jack who I viewed with to Dom who did all the paperwork with me , every member of staff is polite and friendly. If you’re looking for an estate agents to sell / buy or rent with Open house keighley are your people ! Thank you guys
