This is the second time I have used Martin & Co estate agents, and I can honestly say they are the best in the business.
Shehzad and his team in Keighley have worked so hard to make sure everything is up to date and the process of selling goes smoothly from start to finish.
I can highly recommend them, I wouldn't even contemplate using anyone else.

Ive had several property viewings over the last few weeks, and every property has been fantastic. Jodie, who has shown me around, has been amazing – extremely efficient, helpful, and professional. As a first-time renter, I’ve received nothing but outstanding service. The communication has been great, with quick responses to emails, clear property details sent in advance, and helpful calls providing additional information, especially when the location was tricky to find. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Anglea has been my point of contact at Martin & Co since I moved into a rented property in January 2024.
There have been quite a few occasions during the rental that I have had to contact Angela via emails and on the odd occasion, a phone call. Each time Angela has dealt with every issue professionally and courteously.

AMAZING! EFFICIENT! POLITE!
Jodie showed me around the property so polite and knowledgeable of the next steps didnt rush one bit.
Hannah who got the paper work done in 2 hours.. again so polite and easy going.
Shaz who helped locate the fab property is not part of that division and still helped.

I've recently been using Martin & Co to assist with a rental enquiry and they have been excellent to work with.
Hannah Jackson and the team at Saltaire took time to understand the situation and worked hard to assist and be proactive, rather than procedurally driven.
Jodie Fox has been very helpful and provided an excellent service, understanding the circumstances, adding value to the thought process by offering quality advice and insight, whilst allowing space and time for the right decision to ultimately be made.

I seriously couldn’t ever fault this place. Angela Nicholson and others of the Martin & Co team have done nothing but go above and beyond for myself. Whenever I have needed any help or support with anything they have always been there to do just exactly that. I am forever grateful as no other housing association would ever step out of their way to do this. With the help of the team I now have a medical dog to help me with my day to day needs. Thank you
