We have been renting from a landlord via PAD residential for roughly 2 and a half years. Maintenance issues including in emergency situations are dealt with in a timely manner. They have associated themselves with excellent and trustworthy contractors for maintenance. They have always respected our wishes to be present during house inspections. Overall we are very pleased with the service this agency provides. They have been very accommodating thus far. Special thanks to Hannah, Sue and Ian who provided excellent customer service. I have been using PAD since 2005. I originally contacted another agent about letting my 2 flats. After a month I had heard nothing; they were useless. I then got in touch with PAD and arranged to meet someone at one of the flats on the following day (Wednesday) ;- both flats were provisionally let by Friday (2 days). I have had very few issues and they are always helpful. If there are any better letting agents in Manchester, then they must be very good indeed. All round fantastic service. From being shown my flat, through to when I arranged to leave, the team at Pad were brilliant. Ian was on time to show me the flat and helped me secure it, while Jill walked me through the credit checks and forms. At each stage I was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the team were all very friendly. I had some random expected problems with my flat over my tenancy, but Barry was on hand to see to them immediately without me ever having to chase; organising the approvals with the landlord and arranging for the works to be carried out when was most convenient for me. Even arranging to move out was quick and easy. Barry arranged the leaving report etc and managed the process with my landlord. I would recommend Pad to anyone looking to rent a flat in Manchester without any undue hassle, and if they want to trust that they'll be well looked after.... Read more
