I received a fantastic service from Parrys and would like to thank the team but Steve in particular for the professional, efficient and friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Lack of communication is often the main criticism directed at estate agents but I was kept totally up to date at all times which takes away a lot of the stress of selling. I dealt mainly with Steve but both were efficient and considerate, taking great care to keep me in the loop and accommodating all my queries including being let into the house for inspections at short notice. I wouldn't hesitate to use Parry property again and when the time comes to sell my new house, I'll be sure to use them. Highly recommend them.... Read more

Put our house on with these bunch of cowboys in September 2016. Had a viewing in the first week and heard nothing since (it's now the middle of Feb 2017). Steve, the guy who came to see us gave us the usual rubbish about how he was confident he would have it sold in a month hahaha. We are not advertised on any websites with Parry so how they are actually acting on our behalf is baffling. My wife sent them an e-mail around 3 weeks ago explaining that we were not happy and would they kindly return our key but surprisingly we have had no reply. Avoid these jokers at all costs.... I didn't feel pressurised & Steve listened to what I was looking for & suggested other properties I might like to consider. He even came out on Sunday his day off. From start to finish, Parry Properties were excellent. Paul is friendly and approachable and above all keen to have your business and very professional. I tried other estate agents in Llandaff North, and they didn't show anything like the attention Paul and his team did. Initially we looked at a property with Parry Property that we were out bid on, but found the team knowledgeable and friendly. Then when we actually bought our house, it was one of theirs. From the tours around the house right through to collecting the keys, the guys could not have been more helpful. They were always on the end of the phone or available if I called in, and we're proactive in communicating between ourselves and the sellers.
