I can honestly say I have never had an estate agent like Patrick Oliver, and that’s saying something since my 11year old has lived in 5 houses.
Zoe came in, restyled and staged our home to make it look it’s best, took beautiful pictures and sold it extremely quickly. I couldn’t recommend this agent more, particularly for anyone needing a quick sale, as the extra bonus of staging really makes the difference in photos and brought in good footfall for a quick sale.

I will 100% recommend Patrick Oliver to rent, manage or be in business with. Gemma is an absolutely star. She is exactly who you would want to work with when it comes to your house. I asked Gemma to rent my flat for me as I live in London, I went on holiday for a month and once I was back everything was sorted. The communication was amazing, she kept me posted with everything. She helped me sort out the EICR report, she helped send someone over to fix my washing machine and found good tenants for my flat. All of this whilst I was away. She’s caring, thoughtful and honest and I would choose this over any other business to work with. I would 100% continue to use her for future rent or once I want to sell my property. Honestly everything good I write is not enough because she honestly was amazing. Has a lovely group that works for her, which are also very professional!
I will highly recommend her to anyone! Forget all these chain known real estates, they will never put half the effort and care that Gemma did for me.

I viewed a property through Patrick Oliver and found the staff so friendly and helpful when we saw the bungalow, that we invited them to value our home. We immediately felt comfortable and treated with respect. We went on the market and everyting was a top notch service from start to finish. I loved the fact that I would always call the office and only speak to gemma. She is fantastic at keeping in touch, always replying quickly. Viewing feedback was always given. I felt wholly confident and even when our sale wobbled, she was right on the phone to make sure our chain stayed together. Can't fault them.

Efficient, friendly, professional. Gemma runs an online agency, but you wouldn’t know it at all. They are so much more organised and the communication is second to none. She’s managed our property for 5 years now because we followed her after Rye. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always go the extra mile to look after us, the property, and the tenancies.
