However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

Happy with valuations and ongoing market realignment was realistic and accurate. All communications were pleasant, informative and professional. They provided quality viewers on all occasions with quick feedback. They were really respectful towards 91 year old seller mum which was appreciated. I have only positive feedback about them for good reason.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
26th Jan 2026 (18 days ago)In a very slow market last year we finally sold our house and mark and the team went on and above to get the sale very professional and the best estate agents in the area but trust in them , in the end after a tough market they held strong and this is what you need .
