Absolutely disgusted by the work carried out by this company .. been at the property for nearly 2 years and still having heating issues at the house. I have young kids including a baby and don’t get any compassion or acknowledgement from these people. Worst estate agents ever. Allowed landlord Steven Mcgloire to get away with not doing any repairs including the boiler, damp issues and infestations. Not only the fact the landlord game to the property lots of times after watching youtube videos, the estate agents still think he wasnt granted access even though they know he came round so many times and did nothing. He even told me that fixing the boiler just by replacing a kitchen tap. Unfortunately I recieved zero help and zero actions were actually taken to not live in hell anymore. The estate agents have been well aware of the situation when the manager personally came for a review back in February. If you are happy to live in freezing conditions, rats, no warking boiler, damp, mould, a faulty electrics systems then feel free to use pink elephant and Steven mcgloire. If you have a family or just dont want to suffer and be a victim in your own home, then I would avoid both pink elephant and Steven mcgloire. Unfortunately this experience over the past year has been hell. I am utterly disappointed with the lack if service provided by pink elephant. One lady who worked there pretended she had no idea what was going on the whole time even though they have staff meeting every week about the case, and I have told her before the case. Another lady said she was helping, but actually always lied to me saying someone would call me back but they barely ever did, unless i had to chase them. And the manager is the absolute worst. He has known about all the problems the longest and failed to actually do anything. He was always conveniently on holiday or off sick the days when I required him. If anyone actually does think they want to go with pink elephant just remember that they do not actually see if the property is in a suitable living condition before anyone moves in. So be careful out there.... Read more

had a property let out by these lot. needed to get house mortgaged so when they went to value the house i got a report back saying my house is in a bad shape and mortgage was denied. letting agent is suppose to go to the house every 6 months to see if tenants are looking after the property. tenant started playing up not paying rent for 2 months then i was told by letting agent the tenant refuses to pay rent and will move out within a month. pink elephant is unreliable not to be trusted agent please be aware!!!! once tenant moved out went to see my property and saw that doors have been ripped off, the attic smelt like dogs pee and the garden was full of junk.... Unprofessional people in there would never advise landlord or tenant about Gas Safety Certificate, EPC Certificate, Check in / Check out inventories etc. They would put landlord under a deep trouble to face £5000 fine and 3 months prison from HSE for not providing Gas Safe Certificate and put tenants in an unsafe house. Landlord would easily loose deposit dispute due to not having Check In/Check Out Inventories. All this because of hiring this agency who know nothing about the law and legislation. Please AVOID !...
