I finally sold my house with WW Estates after having no hope to sell my house with another estate agent I decided to give WW a try as they are known to the local area and I can’t lie it was the best decision I have ever made! Hats off to Ian and James as their customer service was the best I have ever received. My house was sold within weeks! The girls on the phone are always polite and are pronto. I highly recommend these guys as they always keep you updated as knowing selling your home can be a stressful time. Don’t hesitate to contact WW if you are looking to sell in the BD10 area as these guys know their stuff and have your heart at their best interest. I wish I could give more stars as you guys deserve it. ????????????????

I highly recommend WW Estates Agents. We dealt with the Bolton Junction office. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Right from the off they understood our needs and met our expectations. The sale took a while as an earlier buyer withdrew but WW quickly found another buyer. We achieved our asking price. WW handled all the viewings and kept us and our solicitors regularly updated.

Under valued my property intentionally by 10k . They only care about their fees . Also tried to sell my property to their selected customers avoiding asking price . I have evidence to prove how they undervalued my property. I kept it safe both valuations copy for future Now company owner is threatening us to take us to court for my review I don’t mind as long as it’s lawful . Years ago I wanted buy a property from them I paid full brokers fee from their mortgage broker. Paid broker fee in full , nearly 1k for my solicitor. I was just about to take the key from them , then received call from them seller not selling the house, I lost over 2k .I tried to sell one of my property’s about 5/6 years ago through them , property was in market over year they couldn’t sale .now again …… Owner behaviour is really unprofessional and inappropriate over telephone I am concerned about our safety now
YOU DID NOT SALE MY HOUSE SO PLEASE STOP LYING. And yes I will prove to everyone how unprofessional your companies and staffs are .i sympathise for your outcome and I promise the outcome will be press charged. Just be patience please. .

WW Estate Agents are without doubt the BEST estate agents I have ever come across. I would highly recommend using their services, for either buying or letting. These guys go the extra mile as standard. In an arena where no-one seems to care once they? have your cash, these guys are the complete exception to that. They have worked tirelessly to help me and my family, through no additional benefit to themselves (other than the fact they are completely decent, hard-working individual?s that genuinely care). I would not hesitate to shout about these guys from the rooftops, they are an exceptional team!! People buy from people, and these guys understand the true meaning of customer service ???

Have bought and sold through WW, more recently just sold.

I found their communication to be VERY poor, in most cases they seemed robotic in their responses and didn't care much about things taking so long.
I listed my property on 10th March, sale was completed on 8th August. Many delays from the buyers side, in these 5 months, I almost had no updates from them unless I chased, with my pushing it felt like I was doing their job for them. On top of that, they seemed annoyed when I would chase, but if I didn't follow up they would have done absolutely nothing. They didn't even realise it had been months after an offer was made and there was no progress until I had physically gone on onsite to speak to the staff as calls/emails were clearly not working.
The men working here are simply rude, on call and onsite. I visited onsite and was told by one of them they had spoken to me on the phone (apparently the day before which was false!) whilst I was talking to another staff. Seemed like he was bugged about me asking for the long delayed activities of the buyer.
I simply will not be using this estate agent again.
I would recommend the staff to implement at least some sort of weekly or bi-weekly update. Poor comms and cold responses regardless of the state of market cannot be excused.
I appreciate the effort of one of their staff who has been working part-time, seemed like she cared. But unfortunately, this was too far down the process after everything had been delayed for months.

WW Esate agents are fantastic. They offer a personal service which is second to none and quite surprising for estate agents. From the first contact all of the team were pleasant, professional, well mannered and the valuer was really good fun too, a welcome change for the hard sell corporate style of the bigger estate agents.
Their price was the best as was the communication and the level of support. I had a number of personal difficulties during my house sale and Ford and the team often went out of their way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. They really did take the complications out of house selling and their service was the best I have experienced for estate agencies. I highly recommend WW Estates.

As I walked into the showroom in Bradford. I was ignored and then made to feel like I did not belong in there. Whilst being told to sit down and then asked what do you want. The guy did not even say hello. Was obnoxious, arrogant and wanted me out of there as soon as possible. After the shock I slowly calmed myself and went through my details to finally book the appointment I wanted. Today I went for the viewing the agent did not welcome us in and was told he only had 15 minutes and to be quick . So in the end we just walked out as cash buyers they missed a sale from me and in the future I will never go there again and I would suggest that if you are selling your property do not go nowhere near this estate agent.

I went to view a property with my dad and were ushered out of the property by the estate agent. No prior information that we were scheduled for 15 min slot. John the agent was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. I was willing to pay the asking price.... No sale now! I'll find a much more professional company to address my property needs.

I was constantly asking for feedback from potential buyers which was either not given or vague. I was the one constantly chasing them. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Made an appointment for a viewing and they cancelled less than 5minutes before. We had travelled half an hour to view this property to be told it had been taken an hour ago. Very poor service. Will not use again.
