The 5 star reviews must come from members of staff because this company needs to fire all the staff they have at current and hire people who actually are there to help , They speak down to people and try to belittle you as if you are nothing . They try to intimidate and also pressurized you into things . Even other housing groups say they have a very bad reputation and to avoid them at all costs if you want a house look elsewhere because they are not there to help they are there to abuse and manipulate and do things out of spite....
