This company has a very low business ethics.
I am renting in the building they manage and here are just few examples. There was a noise nuisance with the boiler and they “looked into the problem” for over six months and were not able to resolve the issue. I then escalated it to the landlord who brought a complete different vendor in that resolved the problem quickly and accurately within just few weeks.
I now have a problem with a noise tenant who creates noise all night long. AJ looked into the issue and then return in writing with a message they cannot do anything about it. After that they stopped replying my emails completely. How professional is that? Not to mention it took them over a week to simply return my call. Their secretary kept promising a call back within an hour and no one called, no matter how many times I tried to reach out to them.
It’s quite common situation for them to not reply emails or return calls. And they get angry when you try to escalate a problem that they are not able resolve. What a pathetic management.... Read more

We had the misfortune of using Mo Nimba for a party wall issue. He would always turn up late, and on the last day forgot his camera, embarrassingly he even asked the neighbours party wall surveyor for a copy of there photographs. Obviously this was not provided and seemed odd to the other surveyor as well.
It was difficult getting him to respond to our emails, and there was one time when I telephoned to try and get clarification about something and his secretary claimed that he was not in, though I said I could hear Mo in the background, and he eventually took the call.
He also had an additional contract with another neighbour in the flat, and subsequently refused to do any work on the freehold issue until he was paid extra money. Not sure how this impacted on our contract with him, but it seemed to. Very unclear!
Needless to say, I would not recommend this man.
Also odd that the only other review the company has, which Mo is assigned to, has only given one review. Just so happens it is for this company and gives 5 stars.

Excellent service for the past 7 years. AJ manage a building which I have a flat in and they go above and beyond. Especially James Cope and Robbie Richardson. I haven’t come across such excellent service with any other management company in London. Effective, efficient, pro-active and responsive. Thank you and I would highly recommend them.... Read more
