They manage my flat building in Bolton. Day to day reality of this management company is: - The building interior hallways have scuff marks up the walls. - Building is cleaned maybe twice a year, 2 windows broken - The main front & back doors are broken - Don't maintain the hedges outside (only once per year- which start to block parking spots and access to the gas metres). - Don't mark the gas/electric metres (so it is difficult to find out which one is yours) etc. INSTEAD, they spend their time regularly sending out letters to all inhabitants threatening all of us of fines if someone has stored a small pram in the corner of the electric cupboard or as the bins were overfilled one month (as the bin collection was 1 week late).
