They have a hand car wash, which are in partnership with them. The hand car wash is a disgrace. Terrible service, long waiting times and incredible overpriceing. It costs double what it should and is not worth it at all! Would never go there again.... Read more

Worst car dealership ever!!!!!!! Wouldn't even give him one star if I could. Sold the car with the replaced engine, which is causing so many problems that cost us pretty much the value of the car! DO NOT TRADE – AVOID !!! They disguise themselves on the phone to avoid dealing with the issues I am finding with the car. The advert from Autotrader and information given by the dealer were misleading. The car is uncovering hidden problems and missing items I didn’t realized as I trusted this dealer’s words. Just to start with, just leaving their premises a runflat tyre went flat. The tyres came with serious issues partially fixed by their MOT "friend's garage", which failed a week later on a motorway. I had to change and pay for the whole set + correcting associated damages. The warranty is useless with this deal.... Read more

Went to view Hyundai i10 which I saw on Autotrader. Called ahead and asked if car was still available. Arrived and was just handed the key and told to go and look myself. They also said the driver side passenger door had a dent and I can either fix myself or they will fix for £150. I said that the dent was not mentioned in the ad and they said yeah because we were going to fix it (so why do I have to pay extra on top of the advertised price?). Looking back at the ad they didn't even picture this side of the car. I tried to start the car and it took three turns of the key before the engine started but was shuddering a lot with an engine light on. A quick circle of the car showed up several scratches, some with rust and peeling paint. Far from the "excellent condition described on their advert. Safe to say I walked away without a car. Dodged a bullet with these guys I think.... Read more
