Going in to my 6th year of using kingston featherstone leigh. Highly recommend as a letting agents, laura and Penelope are superstars to deal with ,great advice, very professional, very friendly and a real pleasure to do business with .Very prompt on the phone ,answering all my queries and worries and really felt they had my best interests at heart.
Always managed to get a new tenant in a very quick turn round time .I look forward to dealing with them for years to come.
Unfortunately I have been a tenant in a property managed by Feathertstone Leigh for 2 years and I have had errors and non-responsiveness nearly every time I have been in touch with them. If they are not getting a fee from the process they will to the utmost to not respond to you, having to chase them numerous times for each issue. Engineers turning up unannounced (during coronavirus, too), and then when contacted to let them know they would put the blame on the engineer. When originally signing contracts with them, they sent our documentation to two other people on two separate occasions. Constant spelling errors in contracts. When we left the property we were told to leave the keys in the office and the letting agents would contact the new tenants to arrange them collecting them the next day however I then had the new tenants contact me as they had received no contact from FL and were worried about how to access the property as their office had closed for the evening. The next day when they moved in FL gave them the incorrect keys twice. These are only a few of the many issues I have encountered and with them. They have consistently been so unprofessional and having lived in numerous rented properties this is the worst experience I have ever had with a letting agent. If you are a landlord and looking for someone to manage your property horrendously and never respond to your tenants then look no further.
It was an exceptional experience to be serviced by Suganth. I appreciate his effort to find me a proper property. His feedback was very prompt and satisfactory.
I have had the misfortune of dealing with both foxtons in a rented property and now dealt with their sales team as my landlord is selling my current flat. I have experienced multiple rude staff, booking and arranging viewings where no one has turned up and when I contacted them to see where they were, no booking had ever been made apparently. They let themselves into my rented flat without permission when I was not in. Not impressed, really bad services.
As buyers we were very impressed by how attentive Polly was to our requirements. We were shown only properties within our criteria and kept constantly up to date on new ones coming to the market.

Mine and my housemate's experience with Lauristons Wimbledon could not have been more disappointing. We contacted the agency to view a couple of properties and we were shown around by Georgina, who was lovely and very helpful, even when we wanted to view a property a second time. We decided to go for it and sign a contract, which contained some requests by us, and were agreed by the landlord. All the transactions and negotiation were done via the agency, we never contacted the landlord himself as we were never given his contact information and we were reassured by the agent that they would deal with everything for us.
Some of our requests included replacing broken cupboards and drawers in the kitchen, fixing a fence in the back garden, and removal of some items of furniture that we did not want and for which we did not have the space. To our surprise, upon arriving at the flat for our moving in, that these requests had not been met. In addition, the property manager to whom we were assigned (Talibah) is the most unprofessional person we have ever dealt with. Even though we had confirmation from 2 people within the agency that the furniture was going to be removed and the repairs were in our contractual demands, their response was that the landlord did not want the items removed and there was no time to do the repairs before we moved in. After our insisting, we were told a different version of the story in which there was a delay in clearing funds from the landlord as we was abroad and had sent a check. We were never informed of the non-conclusion of the repairs prior to our moving in. There was never any kind of intention to review the emails that had been exchanged between us and the agency to investigate who was wronged and where. I have sent several emails to the admin team and they only have a one-note reply: "the landlord does not want these items to be removed". I feel like we were lied to in order to sign a contract, and now that we are tied up for 2 years they can say whatever they want.
Long story short, it's been almost 4 months that we've been living in the flat and these requests are still pending. The kitchen cupboards have not been replaced yet and we still have some of our things in boxes. The fence in the back garden was boarded up by the neighbour from their side. The flat has been serving as a storage unit for the landlord's furniture.
Don't make the same mistake as we did and go somewhere else.
Curchods helped me purchase a property on Tudor Drive Kingston. I'd been looking for a house for a year and a half and had two purchases fall through with other agents. By the time I found this house I was living in the Premier Inn (having already sold my previous house) and really needed it to go through!
Throughout the process I dealt with Al. I found him helpful, honest, friendly and easy to talk to. On the occasions Al wasn't free to talk to me, I found his colleagues including Joe, Marilyn and Scott extremely helpful and happy to pick up any enquiries for me.
My experience of Curchods was significantly better then the two other local agents I used for my failed purchases one of whom was dishonest, and the other (a well know local agent) rude. There seem to be so many cowboys in the property industry that finding an honest and decent firm like Curchods is a real pleasure.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Al and the team. A*
Informative and proactive throughout the a difficult purchase.
Connor who works in Kinleigh Folkard in Kingston is very professional, patient, helpful and polite. Good communicator. Does pass on any infos / questions to the seller promptly. When I do call the estates agency, everyone on the phone is always kind and helpful. Well done Connor and the Team. Kind Regards, Fadila.

The agents (both in Lettings and sales) are rude and arrogant. My 80 year old frail mum who was buying a flat in Kingston with KFH in July was treated in a deplorable way. The lady dealing with the sale (Ashliegh) was not present so the others around just left her begging for a ride to the property as she didn't know the bus route and the surveyor was waiting for her at the property. She instead came to kfh and begged them for a ride to the property. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. They lack simple courtesy and humanity! I called to complain and was told the agent who was the rudest to her behaved in that way because he was already on a termination notice. There are many other good agents around, please steer clear of this one.
I've recently rented a property through Gascoigne Pees Kingston. The service provided by George was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the process, answering all of my queries in a very professional, and calm manner. Which, from my perspective as a first time renter, is very much appreciated.
Thank you George
I moved out from the apartment few weeks ago and I really need my deposit money back and they NEVER ANSWER! I emailed twice and always automatic replies! so I called and this man said "I'm not the person who's in charge", what a helpful answer for the customer. And they replied to my flat mate that they are taking 650 pounds for CLEANING and REDECORATING the apartment. We already spent 280 pounds to cleaning company to clean our flat and they are cleaning the flat again with our deposit money. This means that they didn't check the flat after cleaning. Also, when we moved in to that flat, all of the door handles were broken, floor was dirty, and the light bulb went out very quickly. Why all of sudden redecorating? It wasn't redecorated when we moved in. The worst experience ever in UK.
