Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

She took time to get to know me as a buyer and understand what I needed from my property search. She was proactive and responsive on all communication and a pleasure to view properties with.<br>Many agents don’t give you space to view a house or get to walk around it properly with space and time and then ask questions afterwards! Daisy does! I never felt rushed or hurried and Daisy was always punctual and knowledgeable about each home and seller.<br><br>I will be using Daisy for my next house sale without question and want to thank her for being part of my journey to find the right property.

James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

14th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)My wife and I are in the process of buying a home in Chessington, and were lucky to have got Gascoigne Pees to help us with this journey.<br>Melissa Warner is the wonderful lady that has been tasked with doing this for us. She has been nothing short of amazing! The first time she met us, we were a bit sceptical on how she was going to treat us, but very quickly got to realize that she was not judging us, and treated us as if she had known us before- like family. She made us feel very comfortable around her and treated us like royalty. No exaggeration! I mean it. She had time to drive us between properties but also dropped us off at Chessington South Station, at her will. We never asked her. How nice was that? What else can someone do for one to be satisfied? Nothing more. Nothing can beat being treated with respect and utter professinalism. Melissa ticks all the boxes of a super professional. She is simply amazing to deal with.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called, and the regular updates throughout the process were a real plus.
