Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. All went very smoothly and I would use them again in the future.

As this property also required renovation works, there were extra moving parts and challenges along the way, and we really appreciated Levi’s support throughout. They supported us through both our sale and purchase during challenging market conditions, and their calm, reassuring approach made a real difference during stressful moments. They were always quick to provide updates and chase others in the chain when needed. We were also really impressed with the quality of their listing, the photos and description looked far better than those of other estate agents. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The entire team is fantastic! Freddie, the estate agent, was wonderful. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the process. His honesty and integrity were refreshing and not something you come across often these days. Thanks Freddie! After moving into the property, Khrystyna from the property management team has been excellent. She made the transition smooth and has been very attentive to any queries, always doing her best to resolve things quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism and willingness to help have really eased our move into the new home. Thank you Khrystyna! you are a star! I would honestly give The Chant Group 5 stars and highly recommend them.
