I received a letter from Properties on the Market claiming I owe £605 in arrears for a property I have never lived in (Room 7, 34 Ripon Street, LN5 TNL) from 29/08/2020 to 21/08/2020. This is not only inaccurate but utterly ridiculous. At that time, I was living at a completely different property, making it impossible for me to owe anything related to this address.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. It’s outrageous that a company would make such a mistake and send out baseless accusations without checking facts first. I am now forced to waste my time correcting their errors and demanding an explanation for this absurd situation.
If you're considering using Properties on the Market, think twice — their communication is appalling, and clearly, they don't care about basic professionalism.

Worst possible agents I've ever come across and I've lived in my fair share of rental properties. The roof fell down just two days after moving in and a million other problems. I stayed in 53 canwick rd. Definitely would stay away from them. Especially the guy called Shankar

Very Bad Hiring process this company and their group company does " Spericle" After posting the role they called after one month, then after a week again call and written test. Then they said someone will call from UK to finalise things. From UK one lady will call and talk non stop over the phone about the company exactly half hour. We will feel we are selected. But after that call neither HR nor Admin or anyone will be any of the picture. Sent an email, called two or three times to the office now one have any clarity what happened and happening. How they are managing the properties of the client???... Very bad experience and HR and admin staff working remotely doesnt have any enthusiasm to take things further. Unfortunate...

Terrible experience, I moved out on June 13th, and my contract ended on June 16th. Despite numerous calls and emails over the past 20 days, I still haven’t received my security deposit. They promised to return it by July 1st, but it’s now July 3rd with no response. Very unprofessional.

Telling my friend the mould issue will be fixed before she moves in, have her sign the tenancy and once she gets there nothing has been done. Her shower door is broken, mould all over the place and in the house, health and safety concerns with a light being where water damage has been.
Catastrophic for tenants health. Should not be allowed to rent out rooms or houses.
I provide photos, which will also be handed to environmental health and will be forwarded to the council as this can not be allowed.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT ROOMS/ HOUSES or ANYTHING from them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency, the company I rented a house from. Their primary concern seems to be money rather than providing good service. Throughout my stay, there were numerous issues, such as inadequate water supply and a lack of hot water. Despite these problems, the agency did not offer any meaningful assistance.
When it came time to move out, they unfairly charged me a fee (£170), claiming I had not cleaned the house properly, even though I had thoroughly cleaned everything. Overall, I found their service to be poor and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental agency.

Simply put , overpriced, overcrowded , sham property agents, please avoid them at all costs.
This is the worst property agents in the UK I have ever come across so far. They would be very responsive and sweet with you until you sign the tenancy agreement and then make you suffer throughout the tenancy. They will offer 50% off rent for first month and other offers that will make you very much lured into moving into one of their properties. Don’t fall for it.
I was shown a 4 Bed shared house , and it turned put to be a over crowded with 5 people in the house( this is something they do at every property they manage in Lincoln) and very shabbily maintained( check the attached photos , and they were taken when i first moved into the house) . They will extort money out of you on the name of maintenance at every chance they get. They will invade your privacy by sending their maintenance guys barging into your property without even giving a proper 24 hour notice.
They show criminal behaviour, I am sure the Lincoln council will take action against them ????

THE WORST PROPERTY I HAVE EVER BIENG LIVED IN UK. They were very nice until we get into the property, after they never reply for email’s. Charged a 25% amount from deposit unnecessarily for cleaning purpose. I suggest never ever take a property from them. There were no water for some days , hot water issues, washing machine not working , drier complaint. When we complaint them , they start bullying us for that. Disgusting ????

I cannot believe that this company is still allowed to continue. Corrupt and plays by their own rules. The council have been trying to close them down and had a good case against the owner and a court date was set and then thrown out due to some bizarre reason. Exploitative behaviours, unfit properties and bully boy tactics. Avoid at all costs.

I would avoid Properties on the Market, Simplestay, Spericle and Buildrow at all costs. Working for them, you will have £500 taken from your pay to cover "set up costs", this is illegal, despite what the owner Sath Vaddaram states. Sarah Foster will approach you and ask if you would like her to speak to Sath about paying you cash in hand when he comes to the shop on the 6th of each month. This is tax fraud. If you have a tenancy, you don't get your deposit back, its unclear if they are held within the TDS, either way they come up with some cost that you will have to cover. They will over charge you and that's Pete Robertson doing that, he just plucks numbers out of thin air. Sarah Foster will reveal to you that when tenants open their communication about rent increases, they are automatically accepting the new rates. This company and its owners are committing illegal acts, avoid them at any cost.

Been with properties on the market for nearly 5 years. All in all I've had a good experience with them. Recently had to relocate as structural work needed to be done on my bedroom wall. Fortunately they made the entire move very easy for me. They helped me find a similar property/room in the same location, closer to town, with the same rent. On moving day they sent two guys with a van to help me and was honestly one of the smoothest, stress free moves I've ever had. They let me choose which furniture I wanted to take with me which was very kind of them and there has been no extra costs charged to me which I was grateful for. Thankyou to all at properties on the market who I've dealt with in this move.

They will take high deposit and while returning also for no reason they will charge 150 pounds !

They tried to keep £150 of my deposit to cover the cost of two hours cleaning my room after I vacated. They have in-house cleaners who I am certain are not paid £75 per hour. I raised a dispute with TDS and they didn't even respond so I got the whole deposit back. But I bet they try it with every tennant and most just take it on the chin. If you do rent through these people, be ready to dispute the money they hold back. It's easy to do through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and doesn't cost anything.

Thieves and scammers!
Took 90 pounds off my deposit for "cleaning crew" when we left it spotless the day we handed the keys and vacated. Not to mention their "thorough" smoke alarm checks that never happen and cleaning crew that shows up to do some superficial surface cleaning once in a blue moon!

It's as simple as this...
They don't care about you as a customer. I've reported so many things as either broken or faulty, never been fixed. The boiler has been broke since I moved In over 3 years ago. We got told they weren't going to fix it as their other houses the manage don't have them so what's the point.
They're a profit margin company. Im currently paying £600 for a double bedroom. This is on the expensive side for local Lincoln rates. You can find Double rooms ranging from £500-600 which are just as nice if not nicer than this. They're now putting my rent up to £685 which is a joke.

I repeatedly follow up my deposit with Properties on the Market but the reception said that I couldn’t claim it anymore because the 90 days period has lapsed, thats ridiculous! 90 days is for deposit scheme and once it is removed from the dps it will be handed back to the landlord because a new tenant took over, it was not in the agreement that they will not be returning back the deposit.
Latest update: I have spoken to the manager, and she’s so lovely and she helped resolved the issue and contacted me and gave me updates on my claim and I am so thankful and very grateful for her, as I was able to claim the deposit.

I had an excellent experience with the team, especially with Mr. Sankar and his colleague Ms. Munisha. Despite arranging everything remotely from Istanbul, the whole process of choosing my apartment, paying the deposit, getting the keys, and settling in was really smooth! Mr. Sankar and Ms. Munisha were kind enough to stay longer at the office so that I could collect my keys as my train reached Lincoln only after working hours. They were even kind enough to give me a ride to a shopping mall with their personal car, helping me buy some basic items needed to start in my new place, and driving me back home. I am extremely grateful for Mr. Sankar's professional and yet friendly attitude. I would highly recommend him and Ms. Munisha to anyone searching for a place to rent or buy in Lincoln. You will not be disappointed. The house I checked in was exactly as it was described in the advertisement. They have even painted the whole place before my arrival. I am absolutely happy with the service provided by them.

I have worked for Mr Vaddaram at Properties on the market for 2 years now. I have recently taken over the Customer Care side of the business as well as dealing with the majority of HR. I was initially disappointed to read through some of the google reviews and have given time & a great deal of consideration before writing and putting my name to this review.
As a rapidly growing business we realise that we do not & cannot always get things right for all our tenants. With over 500 rooms in Lincoln it is not always possible to please everybody all of the time. Although not an excuse, the restraints that came with Covid caused us great difficulty, add to that staff shortages & illness, I must confess that we are still recovering from this.
That being said, we now have a great team who are striving every day to make things better, both for the business and for our customers. We employ staff that have been loyal and stood alongside our Managing director for 20 years plus. This alone shows that we are a good & fair company to work for. I am very proud of the way that they and our more current staff perform and work closely together on a daily basis. I truly could not wish for a better team to work alongside.
Moving forward, we will be looking to expand our team as we move into exciting new projects. I hope that future employees when reading the reviews take into consideration what i have said and make up their own mind.

I know this business from the time it was almost nothing and saw it growing despite poor management of properties and offering below-standard services. The owner, Sathvahana Reddy Vaddaram, is an extremely dishonest person and instructs his staff to be rude and extract as much from the tenants as possible. He has managed to stay in the business this long, as the reviews reflect, only by employing extreme deception, lies, manipulation, and cheating. Yes some people may be extremely lucky to get good services but the majority have been deceived and will be as long as the owner and his management exists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

- Positive reviews are almost all written by friends/ family of the company director or previous employees.
- The employees page on their website uses google stock images of random people with fake names (not current employees).
- Properties are often small, not well maintained and overpriced. (target market is young people and immigrant families).
- Only care about getting your business and then you will be forgotten if you have any issues.
-I don't know how the director finds time to run his many, many businesses to a professional level.

Regarding Spericle limited, which properties on the market is a sub company of:
Architectural technicians beware of being employed by this company! They are not fit to employ this role. They will find any excuse to exploit you by reducing your pay based on performance, despite it being an employment contract. They won’t even review your drawings as they are ‘not architects’ therefore they avoid payment. I resigned after 2 weeks due to poor working conditions and not being allowed to engage a structural engineer despite it being required to specify their project’s foundations. I completed high quality drawings for them and am awaiting employment tribunal for my payment as they deleted my logged hours as soon as I resigned. Apply elsewhere!

Worst maintenance. I won't recommend them to anyone who is looking for a room. All of my housemates asked them to repair our dryer and kitchen light for more than one week and they didn't even responding to the email. If we call them they are telling dryer in winter is not an important one and their maintenance team is busy with other works. This is not the first time it's happening. If we pass even one day of our rent due date they will fill our inbox with emails, but when we inform them some maintenance they don't care.

The the team are extremely arrogant and unprofessional and breached equality laws regarding my disability. The men on the team lied to me numerous times about who the manager was, refused to give their names, and even had a laugh about my complaint. I'm self employed and I would have sacked them both in an instant for gross misconduct. Having to proceed with legal action through Shelter and ombudsman. I'd give zero stars if possible.

My son is a HSO tenant in Lincoln, and lived in the property for just over a year. Without going into any personal specifics, my son and I visited the Properties on the Market letting offices on 16/06/21 in the hope of resolving some repair issues, and a rent related matter. To be honest we went there anticipating that we wouldn't have any immediate resolutions. We hadn't made a prior appointment, and so we felt that we would probably be turned away today and instructed to make an appointment for a later date. The reality was completely the opposite. We were met by s friendly receptionist who imediately arranged for us to discuss our issues with one of her colleagues, Keeley Valvona,Customer Service Dept.
Keeley listened to our concerns & was friendly, polite, efficient & professional. The issues that my son raised at the meeting were responded to within the hour by Keeley, and the repair issues were being acted on before the end of the day. If this is the to be the future typical standard of customer service, then I would have no hesitation reccomending Properties on the Market to anyone in the process of looking to find rented accomodation. Thanks again Keeley for your professionalism and efficiency.

I was moving to Lincoln last year and the complete service was an utter shambles from start to finish. When they lady didn't show up for the virtual viewing and failed to even let me know she was ill, I should have known.

The company wanted to hire me as a graduate and presented a salary on the website that was desirable. However, when it came to the interview the interviewer was incredibly rude and demeaning and then offered minimum wage for the role, stating that I had no experience (I've been working since I was seventeen) and that my degree was useless. The interviewer also kept asking my age despite telling him numerous times. Very odd behaviour and sneaky job advertisement tactics.

The only worker who has been of any use was paula and i cannot fault her one bit, her colleagues severely let down everything. I truthfully hope for the best for her in the future
The company works with untrustworthy landlords and will squeeze every last penny out of you, outside of rent they couldn't care less about any enquiries you have even when on the same day you contact regarding an issue they have said just contact us and we will sort it (will have been 9 months without a reply regarding my broken door by time i moved out)
The rent in my houseshare was also raised without reason for myself and one other occupant despite my own room being smallest considerably in the house and once i left saw that the proce of rent had been returned to lower than original rent
REQUEST AN IN PERSON VIEWING and where possible speak to other tenants when entering a house share
For the most part the property ended up being left in a better condition than when i entered and in all honesty health and safety of tenants renting with this company is one of their last priorities as money grabbing is their main aim.
If they attempt to raise your rent without a reasonable explanation fight against it and contact the citizens advice bureau
Take photos date marked of everything from the second you move in and document your cleaning as you leave
Dont rent with this company but if you have to pray you get paula working with you and prepare not to get your deposit back.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with an agency! I rented a room from them, but the property was extremely dirty and endangered our heath condition (it was the case with most of their other properties as I checked with the friends who used to live there). They promise to send a cleaner, but I did not see anybody comes for cleaning as long as I was there!!!
They normally offer you cheap prices and sometimes give you some tempting discounted offers. PLEASE NEVER BE DECIEVED BY THOSE OFFERS! You will surely regret once you make contract. They NEVER respond your inquiries as soon as you sign the contract.
The property was too cold in winter and they never fixed the heating system! (though we tried to contact them 100 times, without getting any response).
Finally, they refused to return my deposit for more than 3 months after the moving out date without any reason! They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and do not respect your rights. At the end, I had to use DPS adjudication service to get back my deposit! Believe me, they even did not respond DPS warnings for this issue, and finally, DPS paid my money by themselves as they had guaranteed!

I moved out of the house provided by the agency before 3 months. my contract was up to 6 months. But as the moving out was due to a personal matter I couldn't give prior notice to the office. But when I went to the office in person, they said it was not a problem and as per the agency rule I found a replacement tenant for the room as soon as possible. they said if the new tenant would sign the 6 month contract I would get back my deposit. I have been calling the office frequently and an employee named Sofia picks the phone. She said as I have not given prior notice to them I cannot get the deposit back as soon as possible. My god, that woman.. who can give prior notice to a sudden occurrence in our lives. She's been playing me back and forth. This has been a bad experience in my life.

The team is very disrespectful. I know it shouldn't be a problem but the fact that none of them are from the UK makes it hard to communicate. Cleaners in the house asking me to move. Customer service team were rude and abrupt. There only seemed to be one woman named Sofia. She was horrible to me. They are somewhat nice before you have moved in, but once your have signed a contract it seems like they don't care.
I had some issues with the house, Sofia said "we believe you are the problem so you will have to solve it". Any problems they did solve weirdly they just wouldn't respond. There is no message to say we're working on it or anything, you just have to wait. This could be 1 week or 3 weeks in my experience.
Also they send people to the house without asking. In HMOs landlords may attend the shared parts of the property without notice but not your rooms. It is good practice to give notice, however they don't seem to care. They can only attend up to a point where it does not breach your right to live peacefully.
Finally and perhaps worst, they have tried to overfill the property. Some of the housemates I was with at the time had told me that there used to be 5 people living at the property; I checked their licence and it said a maximum of 4. So they had illegally moved an extra person into the property. I wasn't there for this but I know nothing is stopping them from trying it. Be very wary. Go and check the property in person. Make sure you deeply inspect the furniture and corners and the items that are supposed to be in the room and property. Don't get fleeced because when you sign the contract it seems there isn't much you can do except pay them.
Better of going to a different agency. I wish I had pictures to show but why would I take pictures of a trash house. It's quite popular for drug addicts to use these places for drugs and then leave. Cos it's so cheap.

I stayed at a property on Vine street. It was not in a good state. It isn't cleaned properly or well looked after. It was cheap for rent but ultimately not worth the problems it caused.
I arrived and my room wasn't ready, so I had to clean it. My bed was broken, had to wait a month before it was fixed. The room had furniture missing which I was told was included.
I would have had an acceptable stay however towards the end of the tenancy they started to cause problems. They replaced the fridge with a mini fridge... four 4 people to somehow use.
My room had an insect infestation because they apparently hadn't sealed the windows properly so I had nests along my window. I asked them to resolve this, but they just sent some random worker round to scrape them off the window. They didn't seal the area of get it properly cleaned. My room smelled like chemicals for a day which they claimed hadn't been used so there shouldn't be a smell.
I can only wait and see what they do with my deposit. I left the room in better condition than I found it.
If you would like a nicer property with more responsible landlords, choose a different agency

Update on Vacating the property.
I have vacated the property finally after so many troubles and still facing a lot of mental tortue due to the poor service from the Agency.
It is really frustrating to not receive a response even after multiple follow ups that i have sent to them.
It has been a month now since I have vacated the property.I know the property was transferred to Baselockwood from propertiesonmarket , However i am the one suffering as my deposit has not been refunded yet due to whatever issues that I expected to have been sorted out between both the agencies.
Baselockwood atleast have been courteous enough to respond stating the deposit is still with properties on market and they are not able to do anything without any confirmation from properties on market .They have also not received any response from properties in market yet.
Unfortunately Properties on market with their pathetic customer service is still harassing the customers like myself by not paying the deposit back and do not even have the courtesy to pick calls or respond back to mails.
Pathetic Customer Service and worst experience.
There was no option of providing 0 star, and hence have given 1.
I am writing this review after multiple follow-ups and after a very bad experience over a call that I made to one of their executives after patiently waiting for 2 weeks.
Reported an issue of dryer not working 2 weeks back and multiple tenants in the room have seperately followed up too with no proper response to any one of them.
When I called 1 week earlier, I was told to write a mail and will get a response immediately.Unfortunately I did not.Then I followed it up with a another mail on 20th Nov and again no response.
Today when I called ,the person who attended the call was very rude towards me and was not listening to my problems at all , but just shouting 'shut up' multiple times with a very harsh tone and said it is being followed up with the landlord and asking me send a mail again before cutting the call.
This is something very outrageous and a worst customer experience I have seen.
Hope they atleast train their executives on how to talk to people and also know how to resolve problems of customers in a timely manner.

This company is the worst accommodation service, especially admin named Sofia. My heating and hot water in my room frequently are not working properly and I need to report to the company to get the maintenance team almost every week. And lately, the heating is not working and she, Sofia, said that she wants to have a proof in the room’s temperature as she thinks the heating is working and my report is rubbish!! How can this company treat their customers like this?? I think the temperature is so cold and it is the right of residents to turn on and off the heating..

Negligent, Unprofessional, Criminal and Greedy. Are the 4 words I'd use to describe Properties on the Market.
0 Stars would have been given if possible.
Summary:
- Various continual maintenance issues of the property on Ripon Street. Leading to 17 maintenance calls in less than 3 months.
- Unprofessional and lack of care when reporting maintenance issues.
- Lack of urgency to fix broken boiler. "This is not seen as an emergency, we will send someone on Monday"
- Quick to chase up on rent payments, despite having paid it the day before.
Within the first few days of living at the property on Ripon street, the electricity was faulty. After looking for an emergency number in my contract and the website, it was noticed that originally this number was not on their website. We eventually found it on another persons website.
Whilst I'm currently living in the property, I have decided to move out after the minimum 6 month tenancy. This is due to repeated issues with them. Since 19.09.2020 (the date of writing this is 07.12.20) I have had to ring 17 times regarding issues with no hot water and/or heating. On more than one occasion ringing on a Friday, I was told "these are not emergencies and will be sorted on Monday".
This includes not having even having flowing water from the hot water tap for over 24 hours, to which I have video evidence. This even forced me to shower at a friends house (my safety bubble) before going to my lab for 4 days during the COVID crisis. During these calls, I spoke to an man who was completely uninterested on the situation of no hot water or heating and told me "Send an email with the issue". Which is the closest representation of the company as a whole.
The reason for the words "criminal" and "greedy". The reason I'd refer to SOME of the negligent staff as criminals, is due to the length of time, and lack of urgency taken to fix what was outlined as a "faulty boiler".
"Greedy" I believe they are failing to deal with various maintenance issues so they can avoid having to pay for the issues. They also sent me a text to pay rent after payment was given the night before.
Without hesitation, I will never recommend Properties on the Market to anyone.

My partner and I just rented our first place in Lincoln, we were struggling to find a place we liked until we walked here. Alex has been super helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process he kept me up to date and always returned my calls, texts and emails. When we first moved in there were a couple issues with the property but Alex even took our call over the weekend and sent someone in to fix it right away and has since returned our calls to make sure the situation has been resolved. We are really happy with our first experience renting a property in the UK and would definitely recommend Alex from Properties on the Market!

Well...shall I say Fantastic Service throughout the entire “moving in” and “paperwork” process. Unlike some agents, Properties on the market offer support in every step of the way and were friendly and professional throughout. So far maybe needed to call them few times with the same problems and the same reminders but other than that they are trying their best to solve the enquiry’s, very quickly provided help with other maintenance issues. Surly can say that they are willing to help where they can. I can't thank Alex who was very efficient in the beginning and dealt with all my questions and the Customer service team enough, highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent the properties in the area. Keep up with a good job guys!

The worst experience I've had with student housing, ever. Harassment for fees that don't exist in the contract, including trying to charge for unsolicited wake up calls with no 24-hour notice; properties infested with rodents, with months between informing customer service and action being taken; false marketing with promises of a paid-for Netflix contract and a 40-inch smart TV, only to have some tiny screen from 2006 not even hooked up to freeview; outrageous customer service where contacting them regarding an internet outage led to them trying to charge me and my housemates over £300 in phone call fees not specified in the contract; and malicious and aggressive behavior, including swearing over the phone and refusing to provide service unless bad reviews were removed.
Please do not rent with Properties on the Market. They are awful. They will call you, turn up at the house and hassle you and your guarantors for money you never agreed to pay them, they will swear at you when you tell them you're not paying them more than your agreed rent, and will generally do everything they can do try and squeeze money out of students through the gauze of being a respectable company.

Quite an unpleasent experience very unprofessional when it comes to problem solving. For example the shower broke and was fixed by wedging scissors into it and when reported they were just taken out not actually fixing the shower. The house had that many problems with the oven, drying machine, microwave and the shower up stairs causing the house to flood. You'd think the landlord or agency would keep up to date monthly checks on the houses they are renting out. Through word of mouth people who were also in the house share were leaving because action wasnt being taken. Finally this room was falsely advitised online as 'Deposit free luxurious accommodation' deposit was asked for and it was far from luxurious.

Be careful when looking for rent here (especially if your English is not good, they will bully you).
I said my experience, I rented their house for half a year, small spiders often appeared in the house during the half year, tried several times Appeared on the bed. I really wonder if I've ever eaten a spider while asleep.
When I first moved in, there was a problem with the water heater. Sometimes I did n’t use hot water, My roommate had reported this problem to them, and I stayed for more than a month to fixed it.
There was a problem with the back door of my room. I could go out but could n’t come back with the key. I looked for them, and they kept delaying. They also said that they would send someone to repair it, but the result was just empty talk. They Work efficiency is really disappointing.
What disgusts me most is my deposit. When I paid the rent in November, I already indicated that I would leave on January 8 without renewing the rent. Then he(Sumo) was impatient and said take photos in the room and email to him(Sumo) a few days before leaving, and put the key in the office on the day of departure. I thought that would be all right. After, I asked them on December 31 about the date to get the deposit back ,because I was about to leave the UK and he(Sumo) answered that I hadn't notified him(Sumo) and said that I could leave but the deposit could not be retrieved. I told him that I had already said that I would leave on January 8. He(Sumo) said that I would use the writing. I told him(Sumo) why you didn't explain it to me before. He(Sumo) said that the contract was written in this way. It is not my problem that your English is not good.
There is the employee named anna cyktor,She is also dishonest, and she conceals a lot. I'm troubled with this deposit. I used to have a lot of experience in renting houses, and this time it was the worst in my life.
So be careful(there are a lot of rules in the contract),they are despicable and will do everything to deduct your deposit. There is no denying that you are very clever and can earn me an additional £ , but you have lost your PERSONALITY. Watch out for this indian, his name is Sumo and the other one is Anna cyktor.

Where do i start... Ive been living in a Properties on the market house for almost 6 months now. To start with things were already bad. The kitchen was distgusting the first day i moved in i needed a place to put all my kitchen stuff. There were no cupboards that appeared free or clean. But i didnt complain as it was my first day. I cleaned the kitchen by hand on the first day removing mouldy and outdated food and old belongings. There is a dishwasher i reported it broken and was told that the pump had gone but they werent going to replace it as none of there other houses had one anyway so whats the point... I was expecting this to be done already just like my other homes but no. Things were okay from there on in. Until 3 months in the boiler started to leak water. I reported it and was told that someone would be round the day after to have a look. A few days later Nobody came. I reported it again somebody then came but wasnt qualified to open the boiler up so could do nothing more then me. By this point it was filling a bucket every hour. This was fine during the day but at night led to the kitchen being flooded. I reported this again and finally after another week and waiting for a part someone fixed the problem. Then the oven broke (temprature nob broke) i wasnt at home when this happened but a housemate reported it broken. 1 month later still nobodys fixed it. I then called in again somebody then came round and told me they had fixed it by changing the fuse. This was an utter lie as the fuse was obviously working as the oven would turn on and cook but we couldnt cook anything at the right tempeature. I rang in AGAIN and complained then the same day a new oven was bought and fitted. This was good news after 2 months. The 5th month brings me to now ive had some of belongings only a few plates and bowls and other bits of food and cutterly go missing. I reported this and was told they would investigate it. I then called again today only to be spoken to somebody who was rude and basically told me that it wasnt there problem or there policy so i should call the police. As much as i understand this... It was one of YOUR tenants who has stolen. It was Inside YOUR house that its happened. The customer service over the phone other then one rude gentleman has been amasing but the lack of care or respect for the tenenants problems is terrible. Ive reported so many things and been told someone would be round later in the day only for them not to arrive until i call again and complain. Utterly disapointed.

DO NOT rent out anything with this company they have no consideration for their tenants nor the houses they let out. I can never understand why anyone would let or rent out a house from them. We haven't had a roof for nearly 3 months now, we have a rodent a bug problem since we moved in. Costumer service is rude and do not listen to our problems. When we had to wait for desks which we were promised we where told to "work ells ware" the maintains manager Pete has lied to our faces on two separate occasions. empty promises, totally unprofessional. do yourself a favor and Avoid

AVOID AVOID AVOID Was told many lies when enquiring about renting which ended up with me living in a property which had a leaking toilet dripping into my bedroom. Propertiesonthemarket was unwilling to help so had fix this and many other problems at my own cost. When I told them I was leaving I was told I would be taken to court because I owed them money (Even though there was no valid claim for this). Hostile and unprofessional, especially when speaking to the manager Sath. Don’t believe anything they tell you. There are many other reputable letting agents in Lincoln who are much more helpful and honest.
