This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

Other than a very polite young man named Will Tapley, who is a credit to his role and is aIot better than the company he his working for, i have nothing but bad things to report unfortunately from pridea lettings. Moving into the property was simple enough, but a broken window on the property was never fixed despite many requests. Moving out of the property if you are not present for the inventory they will take a lot of money from your deposit. Cleaned the house, deep cleaned the appliances and still charged an extortionate amount for cleaning and repairs, which when pressed on they could not produce invoice reports to back up their claims. Strongly recommend you avoid this company.

One of my cousin rented a home from these guys they increased his rent without telling him not 30 40 pounds but 25% which is very disgusting.i don't know why they are doing just like that

Imogen and the team are pure legends.
Before moving the Lincoln, I obviously jumped on google to see the crack with properties and the most prevalent business seemed to be properties on the market. Not going to make this review about them, but they absolutely sucked in every single way possible and made the service Pridea delivered stand out all the more.
I needed a larger desk for work, which they provided. Had some issues with the washing machines - someone come out the same/following day to fix it.
Overall very pleasant to deal with and super professional all round.

Have had a great experience with Pridea to date.
On the sales side, Ryan and Regan have been fantastic, keeping me in the loop and pushed hard to get it over the line.
On the rental side, having multiple properties and rooms to let, the team have gone above and beyond to get everything let as soon as possible with reliable tenants. In particular, Kamila, Imogen, Bradley are great assets to the team.

The just use reasons to not gave the deposit (cleaning for a flat £300????) The flat was very very dirty when I rent it!!!!And I left clean!!!Why did you gave me just £400 from £700 deposit? .And u cannot provide the recipe for the "CLEANING "??£300???

The most inept and disreputable Lettings Agency I have ever dealt with. The bed at the property broke within the first few days when I moved into the room on the 21st of February and they got around to finally repairing it on the last week of the tenancy in AUGUST on the 20th. Despite still living in the property, they intruded numerous times without giving me any notice. I was even ejected from my bed early in the morning after just finishing college so they could do another viewing with again, no notice. When I brought this up, they raised their voices and said "We'll have to have you out, NOW! We've got a viewing." and refused to leave until I left. I had to stay in the kitchen for half an hour while they completed their viewing.
Even now. It has Just over 4 weeks after I've left the property I still have not received my £200 pound deposit. I ring them multiple times a week and they always tell me they'll get back to me or that the deposit will come within a few working days. They've even added that they might subtract funds from my deposit for cleaning costs, despite that room being spotless when I left. I've never known such a crooked and outright corrupt institution. Please be careful when making any dealings with them because they have not been trustworthy with me whatsoever.

Finally an honest estate agent! Recently sold my house with Pridea which only took two weeks and they got me full asking price. Always kept informed and up to date and Neil Arnold (the manager) took the time to really understand my rather complex personal situation. I work in mortgages and have had alot of contact with most estate agencies in Lincoln and for me Pridea is 100% number one. Would high recommend.

Good experience gone bad! When we first moved in we had a lovely lady called Joanne organise and help us out with our move. She was very lovely and made sure we knew exactly what to do. However it has been a year since, Joanne no longer works there and the agency is going downhill. When we first moved we had a price quoted for two cats. Now the agency has changed their mind, saying it's not allowed. We only decided to rent the place as it allowed cats. Now we have to move after just getting settled. Not to mention the rent being raised with no significant improvement to the building or flat. This experience has been a joke. Don't lie to your prospective tenants trying to get them to rent.
EDIT: Also worth mentioning the flat below ours was allowed a cat and a dog. You can't let some tenants have pets if others aren't allowed. Nice double standards. The bottom flat isn't even that much bigger than ours, and the reason they gave us was that our flat was too small. That is also not up to their jurisdiction to decide, it is ours.
FURTHER EDIT: It's now been a few months since I posted this review. The agency's one redeeming feature is the electrician/technician, Matt. He's always been incredibly helpful, giving us his number to call him if we ever needed his help. Flat inspections are minimal also, they don't disturb you much.
RESPONSE TO PRIDEA: One of the biggest reasons I (though it was we at the time) chose this flat was for the simple fact that we were allowed pets in it, which is why I downed the review by so many stars. Yes, there's some good, but there's also a lot of bad with your company. I don't even know how you came to the conclusion of "mold and mildew" as that was something I have never complained about ever, save for the fact that the sealant you've used for the bathroom clearly isn't waterproof as it has become moldy and I now have to replace it myself. The fact you've called me 'Uctie' (which also isn't my real name) can only make me think you've mistaken me for another tenant. Regardless, my review still stands, and I'm not upping the amount of stars given.
Now I'm out of the property, I can also edit this to include:
They tried to charge pretty much my entire deposit (over £350) for redecorating, and provided no evidence of what was beyond reasonable wear and tear. Stick with these guys if you want to get charged for what is pretty much dust and faded carpets.

Pridea took over from the previous agency I was renting from about midway through my tenancy. I never had any problems with pridea and they were always on hand to sort anything out via email, phone call or even if you dropped in to premises. They always made sure to communicate with me with regards to if anything was happening or If anyone needed access to the property.

Intial reaction: Great communication with TAMARA and lovely response. Very helpful, friendly and made my move as smooth as possible. An absolute delight to talk to and got my initial requests fullfilled instantaneously.
Second review will be near the end of my tenancy....!!!

I emailed via sparerooms yesterday and first thing this morning I received an email from their office on the Lincoln high street. They told me about a number of properties, across all different price points. The gentleman I spoke with was the company manager, Neil Arnold and he also gave advice on the next stages of getting on the property ladder. Something he didn't have to do but helped me considerably.
That's the type of service that I feel goes above and beyond the norm.
Highly recommend.
PS I am moving into the room this week which is a big relief.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Pridea. Navigating two complex moves across the country can be very stressful when you have to deal with difficult estate agents. I Can honestly say I have felt like the customer at every step. From flexibility, professionalism and customer service they have been great! Particularly Neil Arnold who’s market knowledge, advice and patience really stand out! If you want white glove service by a team that have your investment at heart then this is the team for you.

Shocking is the only word I can say
Lied to ,
Attempted to manipulate money and figuers to say I owed more than I did ,
Called me out of the blue one month In to a new tenancy claimed I had to pay 500 for rent I advance had to have a solicitor go over it to explain an prove they was mugging me off ,
When we moved in no windows were secure cooker hardly works main doors barley secure bathroom electrics were dangerous
Spent 3 months arguing about how I was going to pay money I had a solicitor say I didn't owe
Claimed we was 3 months behind with rent when we wasn't paid every month by bank transfer easyly provable we was one month in arrears being paid off in installments again seperate by bank transfer
Tried saying they would section 8 or section 21 us and if they didn't have a reason they would make one up to force us out untill I explained to my solicitor that what I was told and was in standby to prove opposite to any application made
Harrassment wanted to enter inspect and I timidate us for first 3 months every week untill I ended up meeting and explained to landlord they was out of order since I was out at work on 60 hour weeks average at the time the. Posted letters saying they were going to force entry because I wasn't in an out at work .5 months later after a pregnant woman spent all day in Lincoln hospital Jo swan harrisng her at 9 pm at night .with made up bulshit and had every 3 weeks a court balif at the door for the polish that were old tenants and won't stop .with 2 5 yr olds In House and women having a complicated pregnancy
