We decided to use this agent after being unsuccessful prior to this. The biggest incentive was to have professional photos & drone aerial photos as our property size warranted this. We hadn't been offered this previously. Our valuer James is local to our area & knowledgeable for prospective buyers.

If you want good old fashioned service then I would recommend Brown and Co JHWalters ,they still give there all as JHWalters always did ,especially Caroline Oldham !we have used them several times ,it’s a bit of a mouthful now but the staff all give good service and a cheerful smile !

If you use this company, perhaps think about not using James D unless you want to endlessly chase him for information he should have provided. I am sure there are better communicators in that office.
Once he has done what has been asked or somebody more proactive can do, I will amend this review
