All the 5 star reviews are FAKE. This company is terrible and will take your money and offer a very poor service. The owner Daniel Okadigbo is very manipulative and will sweet talk the pants off to get ur business, ver so helpful till he getz what he wants then will disappear. They did not do any repairs and wr were left with the home in the poorest of conditions which is not what we signed up for. Definitely SCAMMERS. Not worth the stress.... Read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are lyers and time wasters. I arranged to view the 1bed property which was listed at £1300. When I came, the real price appeared to be £1450 (what a surprise)! However, I was still interested and agreed to put an offer of £1400 but it appeared that the ‘smart guys’ were not interested anymore. The absolute worst company ever. The 3 of us (3 students [2 QMUL, 1 UCL]) have rented a flat in Canary Wharf from Sept. 2017 until June 2018). Not only we had to wait weeks for each of our emails to be replied to, they gave us the postal keys more than two months after moving in and sent us several notice to quit for no reason ‘accidentally’. On our first night, we arrived there 30 minutes late thanks to our flight, and the company refused to hand us the keys so we were supposed to sleep on the streets (luckily we had friends in the city). As we had no viewing day, we could not check the electricity meter before moving in and later on we were charged more than £120 each month for electricity, even though there were times we were gone for weeks (December holidays, etc...). Probably we paid the previous tenant’s fees as well. Moreover, we have handed the flat back to them last week after fully cleaning it out and purchasing extras (bins, pans, other equipment...), then they called us that they will charge £750 from our £3000 deposit for ‘professional cleaning services’. This company is the definition of cancer, avoid it at all costs!) (We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit and trying to bring our cases to court, as making use of foreign students is disgusting!)... Read more

Avoid, very unprofessional agency. State lontani da questa agenzia! Most of the 5 stars reviews are fake or made by their employees. Sneaky expensive fees: -250£ initial fee: they neither provided the owed initial cleaning... house was soiled when I came in; -100£ "check out" cost: the "100£ check-out" was me leaving the keys to the receptionist in an envelope, they neither replied to my email asking whether they had collected the keys or not... They never provided an inventory list, a second key, never fixed the smoke detectors, the wifi, the heating (after 4 months, in March, they gave us an old radiator). They never reply to emails. I had to send more than 15 emails and call 3 times to have my deposit back (of course after the 28 days stated in the contract).... Read more

I must agree with those who writes: Avoid this company for any price. They lie and cheat and you won't get your deposit back. I rented a room which was extremely dirty (rubbish in closet, drawers and on the floor), they had changed the furnishing after the viewing and there was no heat and no light and no key to the mail box. And they did nothing to fix any of it. When I left 1/2 year later there was still no heat, no light and no key to the mail box, although I had complaint over and over again. I am sure that the next tenant is going to experience the same (except I did not leave rubbish in the room). And of cause I did not get my deposit back.... Read more

Totally unprofessional. Go to sign a contract on a Friday evening ready to move in Saturday, arrive to find the only person who writes contracts is sick that day (didn't bother to let us know before travelling). They wanted us to pay 4.5 months rent + agency fee without seeing said contract which I declined and said we would come back tomorrow. 2 hours later receive a text message to inform us the landlord had decided to sell the flat... Then, trying to get our holding deposit back, was first told 5 business days, 1 week later was told it hadn't been done because the accountant only works Fridays but assured me it would be done, another week later and find out they still haven't processed it. Finally got it back but only because of constantly calling them for updates. Living in London for 5+ years this is the worst agency iv dealt with.... Read more

We viewed a property with them and started the paperwork, but the property turned out to be already rented (something that happens very frequently in London apparently). We paid £500 by card and expected to get a refund immediately, but it took a few days because they make refunds by bank transfer, which doesn't give the best impression. I rented a property from Property 24/7. It was such a horrible experience. It was supposed to be a one bed room flat with a living room. But they built a wall and make it become a single room and rent it to other person. Stacey and her colleagues who work for the company made up stories about me and my friends and told the landlord. Thanks to her, we got kicked out of the flat on the next day and became homeless. According to the contract, they were supposed to give us at least 4 weeks’ notice. I tried to call Stacey multiples time to get back my £800 deposit but what I got is just untrue offence. And Stacey told me that I couldn’t get my deposit back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! They are such a bunch of liars. All they want is ripping you off.... Read more

AVOID THIS BUNCH OF CLOWNS IF AT ALL COST!! I cannot even mention all the problems we have had with this agency since we moved in our new flat, the list is too long!! Stay far away if you can! The day before we had to move in they told us that the landlord didn't accept our offer (offer signed 1 month earlier ), they tried every possible excuse to force us to move in another property just for their interest. Obviously when we called them, no one was available to speak or to take responsibility. They left us more than a week without hot water (see a review below by one of our former flatmates, we had to use kettle to have a shower after work), they gave us only one copy of the key even if we are a couple and we are still waiting for the key for the garden. The promised us hyperoptic wifi, tv and a new wardrobe. They didn't put none of them! We bought a tv to put in the living room because the flat was partially unfurnished, now they are advertising the flat with tv! They also have no intention to put a wifi, our bill for data usage now is over £100 cause, being both professionals, we need to use internet connection if we work from home. We will be forced to install a wifi in a flat where it supposed to be provided. And we are already paying over £1000 per month!! There were people who where about to move in and when they understood with who they were dealing with, they changed their mind at the last minute. Someone came for a viewing and when we came back home, we found the blinds in the living room broken (we are in the ground floor so now also our privacy has been affected). We immediately reported it to the agency with pics attached, they did not take any responsibilities as usual and they also gave us the fault. AVOID at ALL costs !! These cowboys have LIED to us blankly from the get go. 1. Apartment was not ready for 6 days after promised move in date. 2. Our letting agent was aware of this prior to us flying to London from Ireland but did not tell us, nor did he apologise - suggested we BOOK A HOTEL while we wait. 3. Blatantly lied to each day for 6 days about why our apartment wasn't ready to move in e.g. on the fourth day it emerged there wasn't a bed assembled in our bedroom! 4. Were put up in a "luxury" 2 bedroom flat in Isle of Dogs where we had to spend 3 out of 6 days without hot water, had to shower with hot water from the kettle! No wifi, no TV. 5. Agreed on a 2 bedroom flat prior to flying over; Were finally moved into a 3 bedroom flat ( sitting room had been converted into an extra bedroom leaving kitchen and remaining tiny sitting room now cut off from any windows) 6. Without hot water for 3 days because the credit for electricity had run out - were informed we would need to pay for electricity if it exceeded 40 pound/month limit ( FOR A 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE, IN WINTER). also, this was in blatant breach of contract agreement which states all bills including electricity INCLUDED in rent. 7. TV promised - later informed landlord categorically refused to put TV into apartment. Fought blood sweat and tears to get one into apartment. 8. Needed to pay for key and fob ( 24 pounds ) for 2 roommates because "landlord only supplying two" despite two couples living there presently. 9. Agreed on weekly cleaner; have now been living in the apartment 20 days , and no cleaner - ALSO INCLUDED in rent. These cowboys have lied since the beginning, and have left us so stressed and drained since moving to London to begin a new life. MY RECOMMENDATION - avoid, use a private landlord/landlady , or if you need to use an agency, make sure you check ALL their reviews before you get involved, you may save yourself a LOT of GRIEF.... So today i had an interview with Property 24/7 for the job i had applied as a lettings negotiator. I arrived to the office and was been asked to wait in the room until someone sees me. after 15 mins someone enters the room and i get up to greet him, he said take a seat. He does not introduce him self (i would describe him as tall dark skin man as he didn't say what his name was) and ask me to tell him something about myself. I stared introducing myself to him. His next question: How old are you? me : I was born in 1982 him: no how old are you me: 33 i guess since i don't celebrate my bday him: can i see you ID me: yes i have my driving license him: after using his calculation, your age in 34 not 33 so you are not honest. me: well i said i don't celebrate my bday so i wasn't sure him: ok, do you have siblings? me: yes 3 younger him: how old are they? me: 19, 23 and 25 him: whom do they live with? me: at my parents house him: no who looks after them? me: my parents and the is working him: ok, tell me the time when you really screwed up me: we all make mistakes, and i learn from my mistakes and make sure i don't repeat them. so basically he took 10 minutes to confirm my age and 10 minutes know about my brothers age and who supports them. and some questions from the script about my likes and dislikes. and yes he said my after shave smelt good. and in the end he said we will let you know after new year if i was been selected. I have over 8 years of project management experience with MBA, i have never come across such a dumb and disrespectful man in my life. Mr. dark man you need to learn some respect and i have some tips for you. 1: By law not allowed to ask age in the interview ( on grounds of age discrimination). 2: you don't ask about the family in the interview (irreverent) 3: you introduce yourself first to the candidate, your company and the job applied for 4: you ask questions related to the job not their family 5: learn to be a human and treat people with respect I am glad not to be part of your team, i feel sorry for you team members working with you. oh yes lastly I did screw up once and that was for not telling you to FK yourself.... I rented with this company earlier this year. Throughout the term I had a number of visits to the property by the agents without notice or authority; on one occasion I was sent an email giving 15 minutes notice of an 'inspection', on another I was sent an email telling me that viewings would be taking place at my flat later that day and simply advising that the 24 hour notice I was entitled to was not being given. On check out I was presented with an inventory full of errors, (items recorded as 'not seen' yet visible in the photographs) and had to prove the items were in the flat. I was charged a £100 'contractor' fee to change two lightbulbs, apparently. This was despite the fact that I checked all bulbs on the last day of the term (the same day I had also arranged a full professional clean of the flat for over £200), and that I had left a replacement set of lightbulbs in the flat in any event. A lot of hassle to be honest - I'm afraid I would not be able to recommend this company.... Read more

Absolutely AVOID these cowboys. Reasons why: i) Will take your money, then avoid picking up calls. ii) Daniel Oka (the owner) will take your Security Deposit (1 months rent) without putting it into a Deposit Protection Scheme, and then at the end of the contract will not return it. iii) I had a friend who also letted a property via them, and was told (after she had paid the Holding Deposit of £600.00 that the property was no longer available, but that she would only get half of her holding deposit back, as "Property 24/7 has to take an administration fee") - NOTE: through all of this, it was Property 24/7 that told her the property was no longer available, not the incoming tenant. iv) All round shady business practices - once they've got your money don't expect what you paid for. When I get the apartment, is not really nice. But they help me to refurnish and redecorate the whloe flat. And they help me organise the internet and contact to the company when they failed to install the boardband when they scheduled. They are very friendly and very helpful. I really feel that they work for 24 hours because they can come quite late to slove any problems that I have. I highly recommend this company?... Read more

Worked for Property 24/7 as a summer job, was promised specific pay with consistent hours but this was never the case. Poorly organised company run by one person situated in a tiny office barely within canary wharf, more like a dodgy side street. Pay towards staff was never set up properly so was subsequently underpaid with no further contact or response once my time had ended. Applied for full time payed work, less then 2 weeks in the owner tried making us work purely commission based on the majority of the days. A joke of a company full of falsely lead promises, the owner (Daniel) isn't even capable of paying their small staff team of 5 people correctly so I strongly advise you not to sell/buy or let a house with them, go with a well respected and trusted company without the risk....
