Don't go. Lived in a property for a year, when left got a £ 1,000 tax bill they said they were going to pay - and now they're not paying me back.

So unprofessional... You think these comments are just from unlucky tenants or landlords, but these guys are really terrible. Sloppy and careless with people, they took us out of the apartment and the other day they said we could stay.. Terrible really

They also present themselves as Knightsbtidge Properties London Lda. Very dishonest, unscrupulous people, acting with intent to deceive. They ask for money under cover of a pseudo reservation and for agency fees, and then they do not comply with the agreement, always postponing the delivery of the space to be leased. Very dangerous agency, police case.

Don't get near this agency. They squeeze too many people, mostly poor immigrants, into tiny rooms and exploit their vulnerable situation

I wouldnt recommend. Totally ignore you when you have problems with the property, i doubt they even pay the bills even though i was paying rent including bills. The property i was living in was full of mice

DO NOT USE THEM! The angents keep showing up in the apartment with no notice whatsoever and things started missing from the house. I am scared of them.
There is a room that wasn't rented out and they use it to have naps or when they come drunk from the club. Could I call the police?
The heating and wifi also stopped working and they haven't replied to any of the emails I sent for the last 3 weeks

These people are known by various company names, such as: Vr Wings Ltd, Grosvenor Property Investments Ltd, Grosvenor Property Investments London Ltd, The Knightsbridge Green Hotel, Four Seasons Property Ltd, London Victoria Estates Ltd... The exact same company just ripping off Tenants and Landlords all the same. STAY AWAY. SAVE YOURSELF.
Currently using Ashley Trade Ltd as a means to take flats.

Grosvenor Property were previously four seasons who have liquidated the company and set up in another name as they are scammers. They rent properties under various company names and then sub-let the properties to unsuspecting tenants. All the while they will change all the locks and not pay rent until a court order is sent out (which takes months) and evicts them. I have worked in the property industry for 7 years and they are the most evil scum I have ever met. How we live in a country that allows this to happen is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

beware of the company, they are one of the most unscrupulous people in business, known to have defrauded the tenants and landlords alike. They have recently liquidated their company Four Seasons Properties Ltd and moved the business to this and other registered companies at the same address. They had trashed my property completely and didn't care about the tenants who lost their deposit and were thrown out at a short notice. Had several county court judgement against the previous company and were fined by the Camden and Barnet council for several thousand pounds so declared themselves bankrupt.

I agree with the abode. The property I live in is pretty bad. The only good thing is that it's a studio. a very very small studio.

I contacted the agency regarding to a room they advertised, the told me its £400 a month. when I left my old room and went to sign off with the agency, the price became £480. I had no other choice, I was just looking for a place to stay in. so I signed the contract.
The room was too small. we were 8 people in the house. no internet connection, hot water was not available all the time, the heater used to break down, the washing mashine is rusty and smells. one of the agency guys broke the back door lock and refused to fix it again.
I just couldn't stay more than three weeks, I felt like "Wrong Turn". so I left the house and didn't get my deposit back.
I really do not recommend this agency for anyone unless you are looking for a miserable life.
