Be careful - was scammed on deposit 8 years ago, during my first year living in London. Was asked to transfer it to their bank account instead of DPS. Had to take court action after that. Most of the reviews you see are fake. Unethical and greedy owner, don’t trust a single word.... Read more

Dianne renewed my faith in estate agents. After several miserable encounters, when finally meeting Dianne on our flat search, it was just brilliant. Parks took a really proactive approach to selling my house in St George. They generated a lot of interest which resulted in selling the house at a very good price. I rented my last flat through Park Estates and my experience with them was wonderful! Someone commented below that they renewed their faith in real estate agents, and I would agree with that :)! They operate on principle of simplicity and trust, which I very much appreciated. Dianne and Noura really gave their best to make the whole process very easy and without complications, from the first meeting, throughout contract negotiations, check in and check out, they really gave their best to find a solution that is great for both, the tenant and the owner. I had a few problems with some electrical appliances in the house, issues were solved within hours and with zero complications, I got brand new appliances delivered at my door! I was very much impressed by this. My deposit was returned quickly and with no issues. On top of it all, both Dianne and Noura are just wonderful to work with, positive and helpful. We rented via Park Estates for more than a decade. We were extremely happy with the team there and that's why we never moved which in Central London is unusual. This is a local family-run business that is part of the neighborhood. They are very responsive, professional and pragmatic. Park Estates is the opposite of the impersonal big real estate agents chains that are everywhere in Central London. They know their properties inside out and their clients personally.... Read more

We have dealt with Park Estates with the rental of our property for about 15 years. We were very happy with the way our tenancy was handled. In addition to handling it efficiently there is a warm personal touch which makes them very approachable and reliable ,this is rather unusual these days. i spoke with the customer service and she didn’t let me explain my situation and she was talking over me.. when i asked for her name she didnt want to give it to me after multiple times that i have asked her she said "im the boss" i dont really reccomend this estate agency not professional at all....
