I found everyone very professional from start to finish, my house was sold within a few days of going on the market thanks to Chelsea and Julie, everyone worked really hard to achieve the best for me. I would really recommend the Thornbury office to anyone considering selling their property.

Purchased our house with a little help from Chelsea and Julie! In fact we wouldn't have viewed if it were't for their suggestion.
Lost count of the amount of times we viewed but this was never an issue, and the team in the Thornbury branch helped to chase the solicitors when required.

Chelsea, Julie and Francine were wonderful through our short but stressful experience of house buying.
As first time buyers we thought do we need a mortgage advisor could we save money and do it ourselves? We are so glad we didn't do it ourselves Francine was worth her weight in gold! When our first mortgage company agreed in principle then rejected it after 'processing' it for 2 weeks Francine worked round the clock to get us another mortgage (even when she should have been resting at home as she was poorly!) She was at the end of the phone whenever we needed her, she really went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful!
All 3 members of the Thornbury team helped us through the stresses of home buying amazingly, calmed us down when we thought the whole sale was going down the pan and gave good advise when we needed it.
I would really recommend RA Bennett Thornbury they gave us 110% Thanks for listening to me moan ladies you did a great job!

We actually sold our house in a very quick and easy way as a result of the efforts of Chelsea and Julie at the Thornbury office whilst we were on holiday in New Zealand!!
In fact we went on holiday with no real thoughts of selling but, our son found a house for us to downsize to and that was conditional on selling our [then] current house.
Chelsea was able to introduce a purchaser for our house in spectacularly quick time which was little short of amazing and despite the difference in time zones and sheer distance thanks to both Chelsea and Julie keeping us informed and updated via the internet all went very well.
When we returned to England, we found both Chelsea and Julie indefatigable in their combined efforts to make the eventual move as stress free for us as possible. in fact, without their combined input, advice and general assistance I have little doubt that the 'happy' outcome may not have been achieved as it eventually was.

My house sale was not the most straight forward but the team at RA Bennett lead by Chelsea did a great job of managing both us and the vendor through the process.
I don't plan to move anytime within the next 30 years but would heartily recommend the Thornbury office to anyone planning a move.
