Used Hunters to sell our house in Alveston. I was very impressed with the professionalism throughout the process. Andrew is clearly an experienced agent and gave us some good advice and was responsive to our requests. Hunters certainly got the footfall through the door which ultimately led to the sale. The updates on the viewings sent by Julie were detailed and informative, together with an online portal to check on the progress. Bottom line is we got a sale after a couple of months, which was great, especially in this era of interest rates.

Yes, I would thoroughly recommend Hunters of Thornbury. The first sale fell through and the second sale had an extremely difficult and long post sale process but now is sold. I could always get on the phone to Hunters to chase everyone and give me a detailed update for yet another missed important date. So a very special and well deserved thank you to Julie and Andrew.

Our family recently used Hunters to sell our family home of over 60 years and a flat my Dad owned too. Andy Ann and Julie were all so professional from the moment we placed the instructions to the final sales. Their communication throughout both sales was excellent. What impressed us most was that as a local company, they took the time to get to know us snd our situation and we felt as if they were really looking after us at all times with nothing being too much trouble, even during the dreaded covid situation they rose to the challenge snd we can’t thank them enough for their care snd support.

The team at Hunters recently sold our house in Thornbury. We choose Hunters because Andy listened to us and undertook a detailed inspection of the house, measuring and making a detailed plan on his first visit.
Hunters were competitive on pricing with other local agents. We went with Hunters because the house was unusual in design something that online agents find difficult to deal with.
Andy gave good advice also on selling our garage separately to the house.
The team at Hunters always responded quickly to our requests and concerns about the sale of the house.

When we decided to market our property there was no doubt in our mind which estate agent to turn to as we had received such a professional service from Andy a few months prior when toying with the idea of selling our house.

Andy, Ann and team have provided a very friendly, professional service to both myself and my Aunty over the last 8 years. E mail and phone response time is Exceptional. My Aunty bought a Flat with Andy’s help 8 years ago and then when she went into residential care Andy then helped me rent it for 7 years and then eventually recently sell it. The sister letting and maintenance company is also extremely good. Highly recommended.
