Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. We were constantly chasing them for information and updates when selling our house and a few times said information, when finally relayed, was incorrect. Essentially promised many things and had to admit they couldn't deliver, so they reduced their already high fee. Even so I dont think they deserved what they were paid as it felt like they made minimum effort and waited for our money to roll in. Would not use again... Read more

The most unprofessional estate agent I ever dealt with.
They requested a huge amount of documentation and references, tried to get me to pay for a service to put the references together and messed up at every single step. They could not find the deposit that had been paid in and chased for it, the fridge door was broken since day one and was never fixed, there was black mold in the bathroom and the flat was moths infested. When I and another new tenant took over from two that were leabing we were told that the inventory was just a formality. Now that they have to release the deposit they want to retain a sum because of items missing and they are refusing to provide a list of what is missing or how they calculated the sum for those.

Whilst I was initially impressed with their professionalism it became apparent later on that they will only take the time to reply to you when it involves giving them money.
Had to chase them up about a few issues several times, usually taking weeks/months to actually sort the issue out.
Had an issue where the cooker hood fell off, contractors took months to actually come round to fix it and they even said it wasn't installed properly, however I still had to pay to fix it. I had no reply from them about this issue.
The bathroom window broke so it couldn't be shut several months before I moved out, no idea if they even fixed that.
There were several other times when some minor things needed done but knew it would take forever going through Robb so done it out of my own expenses.
A shame because the property itself was quite nice but I feel it could have been handled better.... Read more
