A great professional firm of solicitors. We found them extremely helpful and they kept us fully informed throughout the purchase of our house, which helped immensely in keeping the stress levels down. We thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need should arise.

Mark Pentecost and Margaret Heston at Sanderson McCreath & Edney provided an absolutely flawless, efficient and professional service on the conveyancing on the recent sale of my flat. Even when there were hiccups, they dealt with them like nothing was too big a problem and offered reassurance throughout the process. I have also used their services for a lease extension and a re-mortgage in the past. A top firm and highly recommended.

Have used S McC and E for litigation and contract matters on two occasions now. Mark was outstandingly effective; gave me realistic, professional advice and the outcomes were both positive.
Communication was always simple, clear and honest.

I have been trying to contact this solicitor since December. This cost me my house sale. In 2017 they said they’d file for divorce and charged me for this. They neglected to complete these instructions too. They are now withholding my file and personal documentation and refusing to respond to emails, phone calls and correspondence from my new solicitor. I have filed a complaint, in accordance with their procedure, which they have also failed to respond to.

Acted as our solicitors for a house purchase on which we have just exchanged. Excellent from start to finish - efficient, friendly and fast. Kept us informed, and went out of their way to make things happen. All this is in stark contrast to the previous solicitors we had used.
I will certainly ask them for help again if I need a solicitors in future.
No idea why the only other post on here is a 1 star review!
