We wanted an agent that would 'get' our property and the reason that we had loved it so much over the years. We chose Paton & Co, as we liked not just the professionalism, but that Paddy and the team are down to earth, and we felt at ease and reassured that they would do a fantastic job. It is an agency that take on a limited portfolio, so we knew that Summerbank would get good coverage. Communication was great throughout and we got on really well with the rest of the team.
