Completely inactive. I had to chase them constantly. Calls not returned, forms not posted. They took so long that eventually my mum's capacity to agree to the PoA came into question and I was made to jump through hoops with my mums GP to protect THEIR license. Go somewhere else. addendum: Please don't hide behind the law society. This only became an issue because you took so long and needed constant chasing.... Read more
