My first experience using an online estate agent has been in short - fantastic! It is hard to believe what a conventional estate agent would cost to do exactly the same job!

Simple and savvy!
Savvybricks has a fantastically simple website that allows you to sell your property with the minimum of effort. The cost is the lowest by far with no hidden extras. If you are happy showing people around the property that you are selling then I would highly recommend Savvybricks.

No better way to sell your home!
Savvybricks is excellent. We've been really impressed from start to finish - great website, great photos and floor plan and all the visibility you need to sell you home quickly AND most importantly incredible value for for money. Never again will I use a high street estate agent to sell our house!
