4th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)????? We recently bought my mum's flat through Gibbs Gillespie in Rickmansworth, and I cannot recommend them enough, especially George Callaghan. George was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. His support was invaluable—not only did he handle our purchase with great care, but he also went above and beyond to ensure the entire chain was moving smoothly. This wasn’t even his job, but he stepped in to help when needed, which made such a difference! His friendly and calm demeanor kept us reassured, especially since this was a sensitive sale and purchase for us. He was always there to answer our questions and offer advice, no matter how busy he was. George really made us feel like we were in good hands. If we were to buy again or sell, we wouldn’t hesitate to go through Gibbs in Rickmansworth. Thanks again, George—you made what could have been a stressful experience much easier!

8th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Very helpful would definitely recommend. Hima, Mitesh and Diyen were very responsive and helped me through the stresses of moving. I have been with BTC since 2017 and I wouldn’t choose any other letting agency over them.
11th Jan 2025 (5 days ago)> Over-egged the valuation to win our business. > Valued the property in line with similar properties they sold, but in a completely different area. > Photography was poor, and order of photos on listing lacked any thought. > Did put us on a 2 week rolling contract so we could exit at short notice > Did not vet/follow up with viewers, so two out of the three viewers booked in did not turn up

Paul Tindley’s professional manner was outstanding as he advised and supported us through the whole process from valuation to completion. We felt Paul went over and above to progress the sale, was always available when needed and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Paul and his team as an excellent choice for your house sale/purchase.

Very professional as during our looking process some agents were nightmare to deal with, so we very appreciated her for being such a helpful agent. Would 100% recommend to use Fairfield. Also Tiffany was very nice and helpful too. Great agency.

14th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)I'm a tenant in a property being sold by my landlord through Collinson Hall's sales team. Over the past year I have found communication to be extremely poor. Appointments to access the property have been cancelled last minute on several occasions. Viewings have been booked in but not confirmed with me (I've had to call to confirm and they seem surprised when I ask which of the offered times they have chosen), agents have arrived late to viewings or to unannounced viewings with lackluster apologies and excuses of being told someone should have rung me - they didn't. I've complained privately many times and received apologies but they now just seem meaningless as the same issues arise again and again. When my time is being wasted preparing for viewings that may or may not happen, and being left feeling disrespected as a tenant, I don't think I am being unfair by now choosing to make my displeasure public.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen.
