Thanks for your response, Debbie. I have been trying to contact Dalj for many months and all I get is text messages saying I’ll ring you back and never does. I haven’t paid the mortgage for 3 months and you are driving me towards repossession on the property which is completely unacceptable. I don’t really know what to do next beyond involving the authorities. Ultimately, my contract is with Scott-Symonds so you are liable for the shortfalls. You assured me when we were £5k behind last Christmas that we would be paid up by now. Currently Scott-Symonds are £10.1K behind in payments to me. Here is the breakdown.
