I wouldn’t use this agency ever again, terrible communication, complete lack of customer care. They sold my property but once had the buyer didn’t keep me informed. Failed to return calls. The agent whom I brought mine from Ashburn was the company calling me check the smooth running of the process. Would recommend them if you want to sell your home.

I don't recommend this agency to anyone! i made and offer on the property I viewed and it was accepted in first week of Jan'18. I waited for the completion for 4 months as sellers was not responsive to my queries. I requested Chancellors to speak to the owner and help me to get the information in mid March'18 and they said they can't help I should only deal with my Solicitor. In the month of April'18 around 20th I have to withdraw from the transaction. Chancellor referred me to Life Time Legal at begging of the transaction and I took the mover protection as advised by them but when it comes to pay my claim for the expenses Life time legal are not ready to pay and finding reason not to pay the amount. I won't recommend anyone to go through with anyone.
Bad customer service! Made a rental offer on a property that I was told would accept couples. Made the offer and heard absolutely nothing back so I rang everyday for 4 days asking for information and was told on every occasion that someone would call me back - no one ever called me back. Instead, four days later I received a one line email saying the offer was unsuccessful and that actually the landlady didn't want couples in there and that was that! When viewing the property, I viewed it with my partner and the agent we were with said that it was available as soon as everything was processed. We even asked if it was available to couples and she said yes! We shouldv'e been provided with more accurate information!
Over a month later I was contacted by Glenn Flegg asking to explain my review so I did. The agent I spoke to has apologised for the lack of communication and has since issued me formal apology!
