22nd Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Absolutely shocking experience – I would not recommend them to any landlord.<br><br>When you're initially handing over your property, the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, responsive and reassuring. Unfortunately, once they have your property, it becomes a completely different experience.<br><br>Based on my experience over the last 12 months, I have found the service to be extremely unprofessional. A few examples:<br><br>7 rent payments have been late over a 12-month period. On more than one occasion, I have had to call the office asking where my rent payment is, only for the money to then appear in my account shortly afterwards.<br><br>They agreed to change the rent collection/payment date without informing me. I only became aware of the change after contacting them myself when the rent hadn't arrived when expected.<br><br>They failed to send written confirmation of the new tenancy protections to the tenants, despite telling me that this had been done.<br><br>What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am paying a company to manage my property precisely so that I don't have to continually chase rent payments or check whether basic administrative tasks have actually been completed.<br><br>I can't comment on the reasons behind the repeated payment delays, but having 7 late payments in 12 months is simply unacceptable for a professional property management company.<br><br>Based on my experience, I genuinely could not recommend them to another landlord

9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. These guys have made me very happy and I would highly recommend Chancellors Slough to anyone else looking to Acquire or Rent a property. Thank you again Guys.

6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time). We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. 3rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
