23rd Sep 2024 (29 days ago)We were charged over £400 for a sales brochure when they took an instruction to sell a property, without any guarantee they will market effectively enough to gain a sale. So I suggest going to an estate agent who includes the sales brochure free of charge on the basis that their sales commission will cover this cost. They did not sell the property & only got an offer £300k below their valuation!!!

The home selling process can sometimes be daunting, but the entire knights team were fantastic every step of the way. They had an offer on our property one day after it was launched and sold within three days. We had three valuations from different estate agents and from our first meeting Scott was more open and honest and explained everything in great detail. They were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also greatly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to market our property correctly and get a deal that exceeded our expectations. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home buying process. They answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary. I’m so glad I chose Knights for selling my house. 18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
