24th May 2026 (26 days ago)This is the second time we have used Frosts. Our first, 3 years ago was selling our own property and this time my Mother selling hers. On both occasions everyone at Frosts was so helpful and professional. I think where the team at Langley really excel is during the post offer to completion stage. In both our cases the communication and management were so personal and professional. For this we thank Alison. Not to exclude any of the other team in branch as lead Steve ensured the properties were correctly marketed and was always available for sound advice. Everyone in the Langley office deserves praise, so thank you all for your successful completion on both properties and all the little touches that makes you stand out from the crowd.- 5th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have just rented a property via The Frost Partnership and the support we had from Wendy was superb! They suggested the top value for my property and achieved a sale within a week of marketing at the asking price. Completion within 12 weeks. The entire experience was made easy with their assistance and I remain delighted with their performance.

Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. 3rd Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
