This agency has many outstanding flats and houses yet it has absolutely rubbish customer service, and lies to tenants and leaving the responsibilities until the tenants resolves the issues by themselves by paying themselves or whatsoever.
So my flat comes with free internet, included in the rent fee, but due to the location of my flat being furthest away from the centre of the building, I have really bad wifi connection, plus I do not even have lan socket that works so I made contact with my agency to call the internet provider and install new router near my flat since it is their responsibility to provide what's been included in the rent. That was 3 weeks ago, and ever since I've been using 3g from my phone, wasted about 60 pounds on the data, thinking that they would make an appointment as soon as possible which was my fault for believing in this agency.
Today which is 3 weeks after I told them to make contact with the internet provider, I called the internet provider myself and asked if they have received any call, emails or any enquiry about making an appointment for this flat but they said they didn't get any of it at all from SevenLiving agency.
So this has made me furious, really really mad because the agency shouldn't lie to tenants like that, and also the agency was waiting out as long as they can until the tenant gets their own wifi, making the agency save as much as possible for their own selfish income.
All the other agencies I've had, at least didn't lie to me for a long period of time, and they actually try to resolve any much problem as possible. But this agency, SevenLiving, seems like they rather run away from tenant's issues, leaving all the responsibilities to them if it's going to cost the agency money.
