I can not really express how grateful I am to both Denzel and Colin at Bairstow Eve's Tottenham, for their help and support throughout my sale process. The quality in their customer care is second to none. I always felt informed every step of the way, and relied upon their daily/weekly updates to know where things were at each stage of the sale. They acted better than what I was experiencing from my solicitor! If it was not for them I think I would have had a really terrible experience, as I did with my conveyancer unfortunately. But the services received by Bairstow Eve's helped to reassure me when I was feeling low and frustrated. I would highly highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a quick and efficient service. They make you feel valued as a client and nothing is too much to ask. A win

I had to give 1 star to write this review but to be completely honest they do not even warrant 1 star in my experience. Tried to sell my property with these agents and was a complete waste of time. They considerably overvalued the sale price to entice you to sign with them within two weeks it was dropped 50,000. After 6 months of no reasonable offers I took it to a professional, honest agents who sold it in 2 weeks. Would definitely not recommend these agents if you want to sell your house.... Read more

Unprofessional and uneducated people working here. How do I know? They were selling my flat and Mark Alexander, the Manager, called me to force me to sell when he wanted me to sell (all he cared about was his commission). I told him I wanted to wait to make a decision and like an upset kid, he just hanged up on me! If the Manager, who is supposed to give the example, behaves like that, then that gives u a very grim idea of how the whole Company is. If you want to sell your flat, do it with real professionals who have your best interest in mind, not only their commission. To be fair, Adam Shackman who was the Negotiator for the sale was professional and polite at all times. But if a Manager behaves like that, that ruins the whole experience and the reputation of the Company. Nobody should deal with a Company that has unprofessional and uneducated people in charge....
