The best letting agency I never experienced... 3 years ago I moved into a property owned by skampi agency and I never wanted to go anywhere else. Kay is the most efficient, professional and kind person I ever met. We didn't have a lot of issues in the flat but whenever something was needed to be fix she has it organized for the day after. My partner and I recently moved in to our first flat ever, being new to the whole renting and moving process, safe to say we were quite anxious of whats to come and what to expect from this process. Kay at Skampi has been the loveliest agent we have spoken to, she came back to all our queries and questions in a timely manner and we were made to feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process from viewing to moving in to the property. One star is more to give to this impolite Skampi manager, they did not give us right information about the flat, we changed our mind in 48hours after we found out about their incorrect information but she never give us back our £500 referencing money!! The worse part she cleared £3000 our deposit after 2 months. The manager force you to pay but she never give the money back easily! Waste of time and money.... Read more
