Avoid this crooked Agent at all costs since they try every ways to con or not returning your deposit at end of tenancy and never delivered their promises but lies after lies.
Court order for this Agent is under way now to get my nearly £4000 deposit back. Especially Manager Gulbir is a crook and sly man. He blocked my number from calling his mobile and even office line land. Good try but won't let you get away with it at all. You'll pay 3 times or more my deposit back and the thousands of compensation for all the hassle and stress caused. Will close your Agent down by Court order to stop this crooked Agent from trading any further.

I tried to rent a property with these amateurs.
I kept on getting moved from pillar to post when it came to appointment for arranging for one property. I kept on getting inaccurate information continuously. From pricing to layout of the propert.
When arriving on site with my son I was spoken in a disrespectful manner I was threatened by the apparent director stating that he was going to smash my face in.
I have gone directly to the Property Ombudsman. And as I have recorded the conversation I will be broadcasting it on social media showing how disrespectful Ill mannered they are. Stay away

Extremely polite and pleasant Team. Rented my property within days, called several times with updates and found me the nicest tenants for my property.
Called on Wednesday to ask for a Valuation on my sisters property and this was carried out within hours - couldn't ask for more.

Terrible. Very poor service. Can't keep their words............
Advertising 'Guaranteed Rent' and promised so. I am not sure whether they know the meaning of this. Poor tenant screening led to lot of hassles, complaints from neighbor, lost keys, forgery in making duplicate tenancy agreement, etc. My brand new lovely property has gone due to failure of middle man's (Agency) poor performance. Within a month, I lost TRUST on them. Tenant had to call me directly because agency were not replying or correcting their problems.
I would have given minus 5 for Smile Estate Agency if there is an option but given one star for quick reply and good communication for a lady working there called 'Rainu'. 200% would not RECOMMEND this agent to landlord and tenants.

Do not recommend this agency. Having difficulties to get my deposit for three weeks now. They also promised us so much things in the beginning but it never happened. Very disappointed, but can't wait to be done with them and get my money back hopefully this week.
